EVALUASI PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS WAKTU DAN PEKERJA DAN EFESIENSI BIAYA ANTARA METODE KONVENSIONAL DAN METODE FLOOR DECK PADA PEKERJAAN BETON BERTULANG

Terdapat beberapa macam metode konstruksi untuk membangun suatu konstruksi yang baik. Dua dari macam metode konstruksi untuk pekerjaan gedung adalah metode konvensional (cast in place) dan metode floor deck. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan kedua metode ini ke dalam faktor efektivitas pekerja, efektivitas waktu, dan efesiensi biaya. Efektivitas kerja dihitung dengan mamasukkan jumlah pekerja dan durasi kerja dalam perhitungan. Efesiensi biaya dihitung dengan menghitung kebutuhan biaya struktur gedung yang dibangun saat penelitian. Biaya yang termasuk di dalam perhitungan efesiensi biaya adalah biaya pekerja, tulangan, floor deck (pada metode floor deck), scaffolding, bekisting, dan tower crane. Sedangkan efektivitas waktu dihitung pada tiap luas gedung yang dibangun pada proyek. Ketiga faktor tersebut selanjutnya dibandingkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Analisis ini memberikan hasil biaya/m2 pekerjaan bekisting pelat pada metode konvensional lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pekerjaan floor deck dengan nilai efesiensi sebesar 15,7%. Man power/m2dan durasi/m2 pada pekerjaan floor deck lebih kecil dibandingkan pekerjaan bekisting pelat dengan nilai efesiensi berturut-turut sebesar 20,2% dan 35,56%. Bagi proyek dengan kebutuhan penyelesaian yang cepat metode floor deck lebih baik digunakan tapi untuk memperoleh biaya yang lebih kecil, metode konvensional lebih baik digunakan.
The contractor has the responsibility to complete the construction work by effectively using the method of construction is good and right. There are several types of construction methods to build a good construction. Two kinds of methods of construction of the building work is the conventional method (cast in place) and methods of floor deck. While the effectiveness of time is calculated at each area of ��the building that was built in the project. These three factors are then compared with each other. This analysis provides the results of the cost / m2 of formwork slab work on the conventional method is smaller than the work floor deck with efficiency value of 15.7%. Man power / m2 and duration / m2 on the work floor deck is smaller than the slab formwork jobs with efficiency values ��respectively of 20.2% and 35.56%. For projects with rapid completion method needs floor deck is better to use but to obtain a smaller cost, the conventional method is better used.
