Identifikasi Risiko Ergonomi Berdasarkan Metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) (Studi Kasus di PT. Naksatra Kejora Bagian Pengolahan Kopi Robusta)

PT. Naksatra Kejora merupakan salah satu produsen kopi beras Robusta yang terletak di Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. Salah satu teknik pengolahan kopi yang digunakan adalah pengolahan kopi secara basah. Proses produksi tergantung dari keterampilan pekerja. Pekerjaan yang repetitif memungkinan terjadinya cedera pada bagian tubuh dan dapat menyebabkan musuloskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui exposure level dan tingkat ketidaknyamanan postur kerja pada setiap stasiunya, sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat risiko pada setiap stasiun kerja dan tindakan yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan pengukuran beban postur dengan Quick Exposure Check (QEC) digunakan untuk memperbaiki metode kerja, hasil yang diperoleh digunakan untuk mengukur kemudian dinilai postur kerja menggunakan metode REBA. Hasil penilaian untuk kondisi aktual dari metode yang digunakan saat ini dianalisis berdasarkan keluhan MSDs yang terjadi dan postur pekerja. Berdasarkan metode QEC dan NBM didapatkan bahwa stasiun kerja bak penampung, perendaman dan penirisan, serta pengovenan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Diketahui stasiun kerja bak penampung berada di level 3, stasiun kerja perendaman dan penirisan pada kedua pekerja berada di level 5, stasiun kerja pengovenan pada pekerja pertama berada di level 4, sedangkan pada pekerja stasiun pengovenan yang kedua, ketiga, dan keempat berada di level 3. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan investigasi lebih lanjut dan dilakukan perbaikan.

PT. Naksatra Kejora is one of the green bean robusta producers which is located in Temanggung, Central Java. One of the technique for processing coffee is wet hulled coffees. Production process depends on the worker’s skill. Repetitive work can cause injury in parts of the body and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This aim of this research is to observe the level of exposure and the level of inconvenience of work posture on each process, it can be used to assess the level of risk in each work station and take the action that needs to be done based on Rapid Entire Body Assessmet (REBA). Questionnaire of Nordic Body Map (NBM) and posture burden with Quick Exposure Check (QEC) were used to improve the work method. And then the results was used to assess work posture using REBA. Assessment results to the actual conditions of methods used currently analyzed based on complaints MSDs occurring and workers posture. Based on QEC and NBM got that coffe bin workstation, soaking and draining workstation, as well as drying workstation needs to be done further research. Both workers in the coffee bin workstation are in the third level with medium risk of musculoskeletal. Both workers in soaking and draining workstations are in the fifth level with very high risk of musculoskeletal. First worker in drying workstation was in fourth level with high risk of musculoskeletal, while the second, third, and fourth workers in station drying workstation was in the third level with medium risk of musculoskeletal. Therefore, all workstations need to do further investigation and improvement.
