Latar Belakang: Salah satu metode dalam SCL yang telah diterapkan pada beberapa fakultas kedokteran di Indonesia sesuai dengan arahan dari Dikti adalah Problem Based Learning (PBL). PBL memberikan berbagai manfaat bila dilakukan dengan efektif. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keefektifan PBL, salah satunya adalah tutor dan dinamika kelompok. Penelitian Istadi (2010) menunjukkan kinerja tutor berpengaruh terhadap dinamika kelompok sebesar 54%. Beberapa penelitian di PSIK FK UGM tentang PBL dalam tutorial menunjukkan bahwa diskusi PBL yang dilakukan masih belum baik dan belum ada penelitian di PSIK FK UGM mengenai hubungan kinerja tutor dengan dinamika kelompok tutorial di PSIK FK UGM. Tujuan: Mengetahui bagaimana hubungan kinerja tutor dengan dinamika kelompok tutorial di PSIK FK UGM berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa PSIK FK UGM angkatan 2012, 2013, dan 2014 (n=185). Seluruh responden mengisi kuesioner kinerja tutor dan kuesioner dinamika kelompok yang diisi setelah tutorial pertemuan I selesai. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi pearson. Hasil: Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kinerja tutor dengan dinamika kelompok. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan hasil bahwa kinerja tutor memiliki pengaruh sebesar 2,8% terhadap dinamika kelompok. Kesimpulan: Kinerja tutor memiliki hubungan dengan dinamika kelompok.

Background: One method in SCL which has been applied in some medical school in Indonesia in accordance with the directives of Higher Education is the Problem Based Learning (PBL). PBL provides many benefits when done effectively. There are several factors that influence the effectiveness of PBL, one of which is the tutor and group dynamics. Istadi research (2010) shows the performance tutor influence on the dynamics of the group by 54%. Several studies in the Nursing Program (PSIK) Faculty of Medicine about PBL tutorial shows that discussions are still not well done and there is no research in PSIK Faculty about the relationship between tutor's performance with group dynamics in the tutorial group. Aim: To know how the relationship between the tutor's performance with tutorial group dynamics in nursing program based on the students perception. Method: This research was a correlation with cross-sectional study. This study used proportionate stratified random sampling. The study was conducted on students of PSIK 2012, 2013 and 2014 (n = 172). All respondents filled out questionnaires tutor performance and group dynamics questionnaires after the firts meeting of the scenario was complete. Result: Bivariate Analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between tutor performance and group dynamics. Simple Regression analysis showed that tutor performance influences the group dynamics by 2,8%. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between tutor performance with group dynamics.
