ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) adalah suatu sistem yang mengintegrasikan semua aspek aktivitas organisasi seperti akuntansi, keuangan, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, manufaktur, manajemen persediaan ke dalam satu sistem. Salah satu produk dari ERP adalah SAP (System Aplication and Product). Penerapan yang dilakukan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogyakarta mengalami hambatan yaitu para karyawan persediaan mengalami cultural shock ditandai dengan membutuhkannya dokumen tambahan guna menjalankan sistem SAP. Tugas Akhir ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan penerapan SAP pada karyawan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Pengolahan data yang diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi akan diolah dengan menggunakan metode root cause analysis dan disajikan dengan menggunakan cause and effect diagram. Metode ini digunakan untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan penerapan SAP pada karyawan dan mencari tahu akar-akar penyebab permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 4 faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan penerapan SAP adalah Keterampilan, Perangkat Lunak yang digunakan, Waktu, Prosedur. Terdapat juga 7 akar-Akar permasalah dari faktor penyebab kesulitan tersebut adalah Pemberitahuan singkat, Data yang tidak lengkap, Pelatihan,Pengetahuan, kerja lembur, salah satu fungsi tidak berjalan, rangkap fungsi

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a system that integrates all aspects of the organization activities such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, manufacturing, and inventory management into one system. SAP (System Application and Product) is one of the products of the ERP. The application conducted by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), branch of Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta suffers a hitch; in the way that the employees of inventory experience the cultural shock, characterized with the necessity of additional documents in order to run the SAP. The final project is written using the method of qualitative research that aims to find out the factors causing the difficulty in applying SAP to the employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), branch of the Adisutjipto International Airport Yogyakarta. The data processing acquired with the techniques of interview and documentation will be processed using the method of root cause analysis and presented using the cause and effect diagram. This method is used to find out the factors causing the difficulty in applying SAP to the employees and to find out the roots of the problem cause. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the 4 factors causing the difficulty in applying SAP to the employees are skills, the software being used, the time, and the procedure.There are also 7 problem roots of those factors,including the brief notification ,incomplete data, training, knowledge, overtime-work, stagnation of one of the functionalities, and double-functionality
