ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA KOPERASI PEGAWAI REPUBLIK INDONESIA (KP-RI) TEGAP KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Pada KP-RI TEGAP terjadi penurunan pendapatan pada UKM Mart sebesar Rp 110.955,725,00 dan terdapat rata-rata penurunan jumlah anggota sebanyak 48 orang pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penilaian laporan keuangan pada KP-RI tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan di KP-RI TEGAP Kecamatan Ponjong, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Penilaian kinerja kesehatan KP-RI dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia nomor 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan KP-RI TEGAP periode tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015 karena pada 3 tahun ini mengalami penurunan pada pendapatan pada usaha pertokohan. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari tujuh aspek penilaian pada koperasi yaitu aspek permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian dan pertumbuhan, jati diri koperasi maka didapatkan nilai skor tingkat kesehatan KP-RI TEGAP secara keseluruhan adalah Kurang Sehat dengan skor total tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015 dengan total skor pada tahun 2013 sebesar 58,35; selanjutnya tahun 2014 sebesar 59,85; dan pada tahun 2015 sebesar 55,35.dan berada pada range 40<60.

Hence the need for assessment of the financial report on the KP-RI. A study conducted in KP-RI "TEGAP" Sub Ponjong, the method used is descriptive quantitative methods. Performance assessment of health care KP-RI in this studyin accordance with the regulations of the State Minister of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia number 14/Per/m. KUKM/XII/2009. The data used are of financial reporting KP-RI "TEGAP" 2013 period up to2015 because in 3 years this decline in revenue on pertokohan. Research results seen from the seven aspects of the assessment on the cooperative aspects of capital, i.e. the quality of earning assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, the independence and the growth of the cooperative identity, then the obtained value of the score level health KP-RI "TEGAP" overall was "less Healthy" with a total score of 2013 up to 2015 with a total score of 58.35 in 2013; the next 2014 of 59.85; and by 2015 of 55,35. and are at a range of 40 < 60.
