ANALISIS PENILAIAN SAHAM PT XYZ TAHUN 2014 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DISKONTO ARUS KAS DAN METODE PEMBANDING PERUSAHAAN TERCATAT DI BURSA EFEK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian saham dari PT XYZ sebagai acuan dalam rangka penetapan harga pasar saham. Nilai saham PT XYZ diperoleh dengan menggunakan Metode Diskonto Arus Kas (Free Cash Flow to Equity dan Free Cash Flow to the Firm) dan Metode Pembanding Perusahaan yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek (Guideline Publicly Traded Company) dengan multiple MVIC/E. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan masukan dan bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam memberikan gambaran nilai sahamnya dan peningkatan nilai perusahaan bagi investor. Selain itu, penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai informasi tambahan dan referensi bagi para investor yang akan berinvestasi di PT XYZ dan industri jasa ketenagalistrikan lainnya di Indonesia. Data dan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan informasi lain yang terdapat pada laporan tahunan PT XYZ tahun 2010-2014 dan laporan keuangan perusahan pembanding. Hasil rekonsiliasi nilai dilakukan dengan memberikan bobot pada masing-masing metode dan menunjukkan bahwa nilai pasar saham PT XYZ adalah sebesar US$200.296.780.

This study aims to assess the stock of XYZ company as a reference in the establishment of the stock market price. XYZ stock value gained by using Discounted Cash Flow Method (Free Cash Flow to Equity and Free Cash Flow to the Firm) and Relative Valuation (Guideline Publicly Traded Company) with multiple MVIC / E. This study was conducted to provide input and consideration for the company to provide a snapshot value of its stock and increase the company's value for investors. In addition, this study is useful as additional information and references for investors who will invest in XYZ and other electricity service industries in Indonesia. The data and information used in the study was obtained from the financial statements and other information contained in the annual report XYZ in 2010-2014 and the company's financial statements from comparable companies. Reconciliation value is performed by giving weight to each method and indicated that the market value of shares of PT XYZ is US$ US$200.296.780
