This study aims to estimate the market value of equity 10.12 percen WXYZ as a reference or basis in the establishment of market prices stock sale. The market value of the equity of PT WXYZ is obtained by using the method of Discounted Cash Flow (Free Cash Flow to Equity and Free Cash Flow The Firm) and Methods Comparative Company Listed on the Stock Exchange (Guideline publicly Traded Company) with multiple PBV (Price to Book Value). This study was conducted to provide input and consideration for the company in determining the price of shares. In addition, this study is useful as additional information and references for investors who will invest in PT WXYZ. The data and information used in the study was obtained from the financial statements and other information contained in the annual report WXYZ in 2010-2014 and the company's financial statements for comparison. Value reconciliation results done by giving weight to each method and indicates that 10.12 percen of the Market Value Equity of PT WXYZ is Rp202,336,000,000/Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai pasar 10,12 persen dari ekuitas PT WXYZ sebagai acuan atau dasar dalam rangka penetapan harga pasar penjualan saham. Nilai pasar ekuitas PT WXYZ diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode diskonto arus kas (Free Cash Flow to Equity dan Free Cash Flow the Firm) dan metode pembanding perusahaan yang tercatat di bursa efek (Guideline Publicly Traded Company) dengan multiple PBV (Price to Book Value). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan masukan dan bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam menentukan harga jual saham. Selain itu, penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai informasi tambahan dan referensi bagi investor yang akan berinvestasi di PT WXYZ. Data dan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan informasi lain yang terdapat pada laporan tahunan PT WXYZ tahun 2008-2014 dan laporan keuangan perusahaan pembanding. Hasil rekonsiliasi nilai dilakukan dengan memberikan bobot pada masing-masing metode dan menunjukkan bahwa nilai pasar 10,12 persen dari Ekuitas PT WXYZ adalah sebesar Rp202.336.000.000
