2016 | Tugas Akhir | D3 TEKNIK SIPIL SVBeton ringan adalah beton yang memiliki berat jenis kurang dari 1800 kg/m3. Pembuatan beton ringan dapat dilakukan dengan cara membuat gelembung-gelembung gas udara dalam adukan semen. Penelitian ini dititik beratkan pada proporsi optimum kuat tekan beton, kuat tarik belah beton, porositas dan berat jenis beton dengan penambahan serat kaca. Beton ringan yang di pakai pemelitian ini dengan jenis LFFC (Lightweight fibers foam Concrete) dengan bahan penyusun yang meliputi air, pasir, semen, silica fume, mill, bubble, fiberglass dan superplacitizer. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Taguchi dengan penetapan 6 bahan 3 variasi. Water/cement (%): 25, 30, 35, Sand/Cement ( % ): 75, 80, 85, Bubble (%): 50, 60, 70, Silica Fume/ Cement (%): 5, 7.5, 10, Mill (%): 25, 30, 35, Fiberglass (%) : 0.5, 0.75, 1, Superplasticizer (%): 0.5. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah, porositas dan uji berat jenis Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai proporsi optimum per m3 untuk kuat tekan beton : Air 187.5 ltr, pasir 562.5 kg, foam 500 ltr, silica fume 75 kg, mill 187.5 kg, fiberglass 3.75 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, semen 487.5 kg. Kuat tarik belah beton : Air 225 ltr, pasir 562.5 kg, foam 500 ltr, silica fume 187.5 kg, mill 187.5 kg, fiberglass 7.5 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, semen 525 kg. Porositas beton : Air 262.5 ltr, pasir 562.5 kg, foam 500 ltr, silica fume 75 kg, mill 187.5 kg, fiberglass 3.75 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, semen 487.5 kg. Berat jenis beton : Air 262.5 ltr, pasir 600 kg, foam 700 ltr, silica fume 56.25 kg, mill 225 kg, fiberglass 5.625 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, semen 468.75 kg atau dengan fas 0.54.
Lightweight concrete is a concrete that have the weight of the type of less than 1800 kg/m3. The making of concrete effort can be done with how to make the air gas bubbles in the mixture of cement. This research imbued on the optimum proportion of strong press concrete, strong pull the sides of the concrete, whereas total and the weight of the type of concrete with the addition of glass fibers. Lightweight concrete in the life of this research with the types of LFFC (Lightweight fibers foam Concrete) with the building blocks which include water, sand, cement, silica fume, mill, bubble, fiberglass and superplacitizer. The method used is the Taguchi method with the establishment of 6 ingredients and 3 variations. Water/cement (%): 25, 30, 35, Sand/Cement ( % ): 75, 80, 85, Bubble (%): 50, 60, 70, Silica fume/ Cement (%): 5, 7.5, 10, Mill (%): 25, 30, 35, Fiberglass (%) : 0.5, 0.75, 1, Superplasticizer (%): 0.5. Tests performed namely strong test press, strong pull sides, whereas total and test the weight of the type of concrete. Based on the research results obtained the value of the optimum proportion each m3 for strong press concrete : Water 187.5 ltrs, sand 562.5 kg, foam 500 ltrs, silica fume 75 kg, mill 187.5 kg, fiberglass 3.75 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, cement 487.5 kg. Strong pull the sides of the concrete : Water 225 ltrs, sand 562.5 kg, foam 500 ltrs, silica fume 187.5 kg, mill 187.5 kg, fiberglass 7.5 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, cement 525 kg. Whereas total concrete : Water 262.5 ltrs, sand 562.5 kg, foam 500 ltrs, silica fume 75 kg, mill 187.5 kg, fiberglass 3.75 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, cement 487.5 kg. The weight of the type of concrete : Water 262.5 ltrs, sand 600 kg, foam 700 ltrs, silica fume 56.25 kg, mill 225 kg, fiberglass 5.625 kg, superplasticizer 3.75 kg, cement 468.75 kg or with fas 0.54.
