KEJADIAN TOKSOPLASMOSIS BERDASARKAN UJI SEROLOGIS YANG DI PERIKSA DI BALAI BESAR VETERINER WATES PADA TAHUN 2013-2014 DI WILAYAH JAWA

INTISARI Kegiatan praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) dilaksanakan di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates yang beralamat di jalan raya Yogya-Purworejo disebelah barat kota Yogyakarta berjarak ± 27 km pada tanggal 22-26 februari 2016. Praktek kerja lapangan bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan guna menyusun tugas akhir yang menjadi syarat kelulusan dan untuk mengetahui kejadian toksoplasmosis pada berbagai hewan yang diperiksa di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates Yogyakarta pada tahun 2013-2014 di wilayah jawa yang meliputi provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Timur. Data diperoleh dari dokumentasi kejadian toksoplasmosis pada tahun 2013-2014 di laboratorium epidemiologi dan praktek langsung di lapangan mengerjakan pengujian diagnosa toksoplasmosis di laboratorium parasitologi. Toksoplasmosis merupakan salah satu penyakit dari sekian banyak penyakit zoonosis yang disebabkan oleh parasit obligat intraseluler yaitu Toxoplasma gondii. Sampel yang digunakan adalah serum yang diperoleh dari Balai Besar Veteriner. Pengujian serologis dengan menggunakan Pastorex® kit untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya antibodi toksoplasma. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, kejadian toksoplasmosis yang di periksa di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates Yogyakarta dari tahun 2013-2014 tertinggi di tahun 2014 yaitu 26,09%, sedangkan kejadian toksoplasmosis per provinsi selama dua tahun yang tertinggi di provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan persentase 50,27%, dan kejadian toksoplasmosis per hewan selama dua tahun tertinggi pada ayam dengan persentase 100%

ABSTRACT Activity field practice excuted at Main Office of Veterinary Wates wich located in Yogya-Purworejo street at west side Yogyakarta city distenced 27 kilometer time 22-26 february 2016. Field work is to obtain the necessary document in order to prepare the final project that became a graduation and The purpose of this thesis is to know the incident of toxoplasmosis in variety of animals that examined at Main Office of Veterinary Wates Yogyakarta in 2013-2014 at Java region that includes the province of Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY), Central Java, and East Java. File obtained from the documentation incidence of toxoplasmosis in year 2013-2014 in the laboratory of Epidemiology and direct practice working test in laboratory of Parasitology. Toxoplasmosis is a disease of many zoonotic diseases, caused by the obligate intracellular parasite, Toxoplasma gondii. The samples used is serum that obtained from the Main Office of Veterinary Wates Yogyakarta. Serological test using the Pastorex® kit to determine presence or absence of Toxoplasma antibodies. Based on the obtained data, the incident of toxoplasmosis that check at the Main Office of Veterinary Wates Yogyakarta of the year 2013-2014 was highest in 2014 as much as 26.09%, while the incident of toxoplasmosis per province for two years were the highest is in the province of Central Java, with percentage 50.27 %, and the incident of toxoplasmosis per animal for two-year highest in chickens with percentage 100%
