EVALUASI POLA PENGOBATAN PADA PENDERITA SKIZOFRENIA DI RSJ. PROF.DR.SOEROJO MAGELANG DAN RSJD DR. AMINO GONDOHUTOMO PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH PERIODE JANUARI-JUNI 2015

Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu kelainan jiwa yang paling kompleks. Perjalanan penyakit ini secara bertahap akan menyebabkan tahapan yang lebih parah dan kronis, dapat terjadi serangan kambuhan, serta berlangsung lama, sehingga perlu perawatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian polapenggunaan obat yang diberikan pada pasien skizofrenia di RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang dan RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo provinsi Jawa Tengah periode Januari-Juni 2015 dengan American Psychiatric Association tahun 2010 dan SPM RS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental, bersifat deskriptif dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah pasien yang menderita skizofrenia dan mendapat terapi antipsikotika serta menjalani rawat inap di RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang dan RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dari penelitian didapatkan hasil tepat indikasi 100%, tepat pasien 100%, tepat obat 100%, dan tepat dosis sebesar 100%. Parameter klinik pulang dalam keadaan tenang atipikal RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang sebesar 89,42% dan RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo provinsi Jawa Tengah sebesar 93,07 %. Durasi pasien Skizoprenia mencapai kondisi tenang yang sesuai SPM RS RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang sebesar 19,35% dan RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo provinsi Jawa Tengah sama sebesar 31,91 %. Untuk meningkatkan durasi pasien skizofrenia mencapai kondisi tenang pemberian terapi haloperidol dan diazepam efektif diberikan.

Schizophrenia is one of the most complex psychiatric disorders. Course of the disease will gradually lead to a more severe stage and chronic, recurrent attacks can occur, as well as long lasting, so that the necessary treatment at hospital. This study aims to determine the suitability of a given drug usage patterns in schizophrenic patients in RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang and RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo Central Java period January-June 2015 by the American Psychiatric Hospital Associationtahun 2010 and SPM. This study is a non-experimental, descriptive and retrospective data collection, the research subjects were patients suffering from schizophrenia and treated with antipsikotika and hospitalized in RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang and RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo Central Java province. From the research results obtained precise indication of 100%, 100% the right patient, the right medication 100%, and the proper dosage of 100%. Clinical parameters return in a state of calm atypical RSJ Prof. DR. Soerojo Magelang by 89.42% and RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo Central Java province amounted to 93.07%. The duration of schizophrenia patients achieve calm conditions suitable SPM Prof. RS RSJ DR.Soerojo Magelang by 19.35% and RSJD DR Amino Gondohutomo Central Java province samasebesar 31.91%. To increase the duration of schizophrenia patients reach a state of calm therapy effectively given haloperidol and diazepam. .
