INTISARI Tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) merupakan prasyarat bagi setiap pemerintahan untuk mewujudkan aspirasi masyarakat dan mencapai tujuan serta cita-cita bangsa dan bernegara. Konsep ini menekankan pada aspek akuntabilitas kinerja yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini akan mencoba melakukan evaluasi terhadap penyusunan laporan akuntabilitas kinerja DPUP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan pendekatan Ongoing Performance Measurement and Magagement (OPM&M). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis kesesuaian penyusunan indikator kinerja LAKIP DPUP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan Permen PAN-RB Nomor 53 Tahun 2014 dan menganalisis pengukuran kinerja OPM&M dengan model cetak biru kinerja dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penyusunan indikator kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan model alur logika yang diperluas menjadi cetak biru kinerja dengan analisis empat kuadran friedman untuk menunjukkan kesesuaian hubungan antara dokumen perencanaan hingga pelaporan. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan yang terjadi pada DPUP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa evaluasi penyusunan laporan akuntabilitas kinerja pada indikator kinerja output DPUP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan masih didominasi pada upaya yang telah dilakukan dan belum menunjukkan indikator kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil/manfaat bagi masyarakat.

Good governance is a prerequisite for any government to realize the people's aspirations and achieve the goals and ideals of the nation and state. This concept emphasizes the accountability aspect of good performance. In this study will try to evaluate the performance accountability report preparation DPUP South Sumatra province to approach Ongoing Performance Measurement and Magagement (OPM & M). The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of the preparation of the performance indicators LAKIP DPUP South Sumatra Province with Candy PAN-RB No. 53 of 2014 and analyze the performance measurement OPM&M with performance blueprint can be used to evaluate the development of indicators of performance. This study uses a model of logic flow that expands to a performance blueprint with four quadrants friedman analysis to demonstrate the suitability of the relationship between planning and reporting documents. Interviews were conducted to determine the preparation process that occurs in DPUP South Sumatra province. This study showed that the preparation of the evaluation of performance accountability report on performance indicators DPUP output of South Sumatra Province is still dominated by the efforts that have been made and has not shown oriented performance indicators of the results / benefits to the community.
