Penelitian dengan judul Anulysis of Optimum Production Cycle of Rucirutor Support on PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation in M-2100 Industrial Town- Cibitung berisi tentang bagaimana mengoptimalkan lini produksi Radiator Support di PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. adalah salah suttr pemusok Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) yang menggunakan Toyota Production System (TPS) sebagai sistem produkyi. TPS sendiri mengandung unsur Just In Time, dimona menghasilkan bar mg sesuai permintaan pasar. Seluin itu, penyediaan harang dalam hentuk inventori juga terhatas sesuai kehut utiun. lhlum TPS semakin sedikit mventorr, semakin baik tentunya. Invenlori drsinr termasuk barang mentah, barang dalam proses, dan barang jadi. Dalam lini produksi Radiator Support yang hendak di tekan adalah inventori dalum hentuk barang dalam proses dan barang jadi. Dalam penelitian ini, penurunan inventori dalam bentuk harang dalam poses dan barang jadi dilakukan melalui penurunan siklus waktu (cycle time). Semakin kecil waktu yang dibutuhkan menghasilkun barang, semukrn sechkrt harung dalam proses yang tertuhan, dan semakin sedikit waktu yang drbutuhkan untzrk harung menunggu dikirim. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data mengenai siklus waktu di sistem produksi yung teluh herplan. Dengan merubah tata letak mesin dan jalannya proses produksi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan atau memperkecil siklus waktu untuk menghasilkan suatu produk. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini, dengan merubah tata letuk mesin dan merubah julannya proses produksi, waktu yang dapat dihemat sebesar '18, 5%. Dari sebelumnya 836,8 detik menjadi 681,9 detik.

The research of Analysis of Optimum Production Cycle of Radiator Support on PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corportition in M-2100 Industrial explain about how to optimize production system of Radiator Support. PT. Nusa Toyotetsu COT. is one supplier of Toyota Astra Motor (TAM), which uses Toyota Production System (TPS) as production system. The pillars of TP S are Just In Time System which only produce necessary product in the necessary unit at necessary level. In TPS, the lower the inventory the better will be. The inventory itself includes raw material, work in process material, and finished product. In Radiator support system, the inventory, which wants to be reduced, are work in process inventory and finished good inventory. In this research, the reducing of work in process inventory and finished inventory are achieved through reducing cycle time of production. The lower time needed in processing product, the lower work in process inventory will be delayed in the process and the lower time needed to delivery the product. And the reducing time cycle can be obtained through rearranging lay out. This research is conducted through observation in field, collecting data about cycle time in the existing production Ry rearranging the lay out to be more compact, it will reduce production cycle time. The result of this research, by rearranging the lay out and changes the production system can reduce production cycle time of radiator support system. The reducing time is almost 18,5%. Form 936,8 seconds in the existing lay out. to become 681,9 second in the modified lay out.
