UJI RELIABILITAS DAN VALIDITAS APLIKASI SMARTPHONE INA-AD8 UNTUK TES SKRINING GANGGUAN FUNGSI KOGNITIF

Latar Belakang: Demensia menyebabkan kecacatan pada orang dewasa tua dan dianggap sebagai prioritas kesehatan masyarakat global oleh World Health Organization. Deteksi dini gangguan kognitif di masyarakat merupakan manajeman yang penting sehingga diperlukan instrumen deteksi dini yang mudah digunakan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai reliabilitas dan validitas aplikasi smartphone yang telah dikembangkan untuk deteksi gangguan fungsi kognitif. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional yang melakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas aplikasi smartphone INA-AD8. Populasi subjek penelitian adalah pasien Poliklinik Saraf Dan Memori RSUP Dr. Sardjito dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang telah ditentukan, kemudian dibagi menjadi kelompok pasien normal, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), demensia ringan. Diagnosis gangguan kognitif diperoleh menggunakan aplikasi smartphone INA-AD8 dan Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR), kemudian dilakukan analisis statistik. Hasil: Sebanyak 88 subyek penelitian dengan rata-rata usia 6,67 tahun. Berturut-turut diperoleh nilai reliabilitas, sensitivitas, spesifitas aplikasi smartphone INA-AD8 dengan membandingkan hasil CDR pada subjek penelitian sebagai berikut 83%, 93,34% dan 85,29%. Skor yang diperoleh instrumen pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai sensitivitas dan spesifitas yang tinggi. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi smartphone INA-AD8 sebagai skrining gangguan kogntif memiliki reliabilitas internal yang baik. Aplikasi ini juga mempunyai nilai sensitivitas dan spesifitas yang tinggi.

Background : Dementia causes of disability in older adults and is considered as a global public health priority by the World Health Organization. Early detection of cognitive disorders in the community is important so that the necessary management early detection instruments are easy to use. Objective : This study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of smartphone applications that have been developed for the detection of impaired cognitive function. Methods : This study used a cross-sectional design to test the reliability and validity of smartphone applications INA-AD8. The population of the study subjects were patients Polyclinic Hospital, Dr. Nerve And Memory Sardjito with inclusion and exclusion criteria were specified, then divided into groups of patients with normal, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), mild dementia. Cognitive disorder diagnosis is obtained using a smartphone application INA-AD8 and the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR), then performed statistical analysis. Results : A total of 88 study subjects with an average age of 6.67 years. Successively obtained values of reliability, sensitivity, specificity smartphone applications INAAD8 by comparing the results of research on the subject CDR as below 83%, 93.34% and 85.29%. Scores obtained in this research instrument has the sensitivity and high specificity. Conclusion : INA-AD8 smartphone application as a screening kogntif disorder has good internal reliability. This application also has the sensitivity and high specificity.
