PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM E-LEARNING BERBASIS MOODLE SEBAGAI SARANA PENUNJANG PEMBELAJARAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS NASIONAL TIMOR LOROSAE DILI

Universitas Nasional Timor Lorosae (UNTL) Dili memiliki tujuh fakultas dan tiga puluh tiga jurusan. Banyaknya fakultas dan jurusan yang ada di Universitas Nasional Timor Lorosae (UNTL) sangat memerlukan pengelolaan pendidikan yang baik agar permasalahan dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat dihindari. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan efek positif pada dunia pendidikan. E-Learning merupakan suatu metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan dan sampai sekarang UNTL Dili belum memiliki sistem e-Learning yang dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang pembelajaran. Maka pada penelitian ini peneliti mengembangkan aplikasi e-Learning berbasis Moodle. Menghasilkan prototype media pembelajaran e-Learning yang sesuai kebutuhan Universitas Nasional Timor Lorosae Dili. Penelitian ini diawali dengan survei langsung pada Universitas Nasional Timor Lorosae (UNTL) Dili. Untuk pengembangan sistem e-Learning menggunakan aplikasi LMS Moodle, metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Populasi adalah mahasiswa dan dosen UNTL Dili. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan aplikasi e-Learning ini adalah: 1). Fasilitas unggah dan unduh materi perkuliahan, 2). Kuis online 3). Fasilitas download dan upload tugas, 4). Forum diskusi (chatting), 5). Informasi tugas mata kuliah, 6). Informasi kuis, 7). Informasi nilai mahasiswa. Untuk menguji apakah prototype e-Learning yang dikembangkan telah sesuai dengan ekspektasi pengguna maka dilakukan user acceptance test terhadap end user. Dan yang diuji dari aplikasi e-leaning meliputi: performance of e-Learning, ease of use e-Learning, dan format of e-Learning. Dari analisis indikator penggujian menunjukan hasil kepuasan pengguna secara berurutan 6% sangat setuju, 56% setuju, 38% cukup, 0% tidak setuju dan 0% sangat tidak setuju.

National University of East Timor (UNTL) Dili has seven faculty members and thirty-three departments. Many faculty members and departments in the National University of East Timor (UNTL) requires very good management in education so that the problems in the teaching and learning process can be avoided. The development of information and communication technology has given a positive effect on the world of education. E-learning is a learning method that applied in the world of education and until now UNTL Dili does not yet have an e-Learning system that can be used as a learning support. Then on this research, the researcher develop an e-Learning applications based on Moodle. Produce a prototype of the learning media e-Learning in accordance with the requirements of the National University of East Timor Dili. This research started with a survey directly on the National University of East Timor (UNTL) Dili. For the development of the system e-Learning using Moodle LMS application, the method used for application development is using the Waterfall method and processing data using SPSS. The population are students and lecturers UNTL Dili. Research samples taken using the technique of purposive sampling. Features that are required in the application of e-Learning are: 1). facility of upload and download the lecture materials, 2). Online quiz 3). facility of download and upload task, 4). Discussion forums 5). the task Information, 6). quiz Information, 7). Information of students value. in order to test whether the prototype e-Learning that has been developed in accordance with user expectations then conducted a user acceptance test to the end user. And tested on application of e-leaning include: performance of e-Learning, ease of use e-learning, and formats of e-Learning. From the analysis of the test indicator shows the results of user satisfaction sequentially 6% strongly agree, 56% agree, 38% adequate, 0% disagree and 0% strongly disagree.
