Analisis hubungan partisipasi penetapan tujuan dan komitmen tujuan: Pengujian efek mediasi kepercayaan interpersonal, keadilan prosedural, dan keadilan distributif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi penetapan tujuan terhadap komitmen tujuan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menguji efek mediasi keadilan prosedural, kepercayaan interpersonal dan keadilan distributif pada hubungan antara partisipasi penetapan tujuan dan komitmen tujuan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer yang menempuh pendidikan di MM UGM yang berjumlah 72 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah pendekatan step wise menggunakan alat analisis PLS dengan program WarpPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penetapan tujuan berhubungan positif dengan komitmen tujuan. Namun, hubungan partisipasi penetapan tujuan dan komitmen tujuan tidak dimediasi oleh keadilan prosedural, kepercayaan interpersonal dan keadilan distributif.

This study aims to examine the effect of goal-setting participation on goal commitment. Further, this study examines the mediating effect of procedural fairness, interpersonal trust and distributive justice in the relationship between goal-setting participation and goal commitment. The sample of this study are the managers who were studying in MM UGM, totaling 72 people. The method used to test the hypothesis is a step-wise approach using analytical tools PLS with 3.0 WarlPLS program. The results of this study indicate that the goal-setting participation is positively associated with goal commitment. However, the relationship between goal-setting participation and goal commitment is not mediated by procedural fairness, interpersonal trust and distributive justice.
