ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGUNAAN SISTEM E-LEARNING (Kasus: Papirus di Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Gadjah Mada)

Papirus merupakan e-learning yang mendukung proses pembelajaran di Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Namun e-learning Papirus belum sepenuhnya dijalankan secara berkesinambungan untuk seluruh mata kuliah yang diselenggarakan oleh Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka sebelum dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut, diperlukan analisis untuk mengidentifikasi penggunaan sistem e-learning Papirus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan e-learning Papirus dengan menggunakan pendekatan Task Technology Fit (TTF) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT). Hubungan antar konstruk diteliti dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3.2.3 dan SPSS versi 23. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 424 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa, administrator Papirus, dan dosen di DTETI dengan menyebar kuesioner yang berisi 21 indikator pengukur konstruk laten untuk menjawab tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang memepengaruhi penggunaan e-learning Papirus pada responden mahasiswa dan administrator adalah performance expectancy dengan t statistik 4,166; effort expectancy dengan t statistik 2,294; social influence dengan t statistik 6,791. Social influence mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap penggunaan sistem. Artinya Papirus akan lebih dimanfaatkan penggunaannya apabila adanya dorongan yang kuat misalnya dari dosen atau pihak lain. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi penggunaan e-learning Papirus adalah task technology fit dengan t statistik 0,863 karena belum mampu untuk memberikan informasi dan layanan yang berguna dalam proses belajar serta facilitating condition dengan t statistik 1,00 seperti belum optimalnya dukungan pengelola jika terdapat kesulitan dalam pemakaian sistem. Bagi responden dosen faktor-faktor yang telah disebutkan diatas belum dapat memenuhi untuk menggunakan sistem hal ini dikarenakan Papirus belum cukup menyajikan hal-hal yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang proses mengajar, serta tidak adanya kebijakan yang jelas untuk menggunakan Papirus.

Papirus is an e-learning that supports learning process in Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Universitas Gadjah Mada. However e-learning Papirus has not yet entirely implemented on all courses organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Therefore, before further development, analysis is required to identify the use of e-learning Papirus. This research aims to determine the factors that affect the use of e-learning Papirus using Task Technology Fit (TTF) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT). Relationship between the constructs examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS software version 3.2.3 and SPSS version 23. Research was conducted on 424 Papirus users who are university students, administrator, and lecturers by spreading questionnaire which contains 21 indicators measuring latent constructs to answer seven proposed hypothesis. The results showed factors that affect the use of e-learning based on university students and administrator are performance expectancy with t statistic 4,166; effort expectancy with t statistic 2,294; and social influence with t statistic 6,791. Social influence has the most dominant factor of the use of system. It means, Papirus will be more utilizated and used when there is strong stimulate from lecturers or others. While the factors that do not affect of the use of e-learning Papirus is task technology fit with t statistic 0,863 because it has not been able to provide information and service that are useful in the learning process and faciliting condition with t statistic 1,00 such as nonoptimal support if there is trouble when using the system. For lecturers, the factors that mentioned above can not require things those are required to support teaching process, and there is not clear policy to use Papirus.
