Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis ini bertujuan untuk melatih seorang dokter umum menjadi dokter yang memiliki spesifik keahlian tertentu dalam ilmu Kedokteran. Dokter yang sedang menempuh pendidikan dokter spesialis disebut sebagai residen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sistem pendidikan dokter spesialis Obs.Gin yang berkaitan dengan pola hubungan kerja para residen. Proses learning yang menitikberatkan kemampuan skill dan ketrampilan merupakan salah satu ciri pembelajaran dalam Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) Obs.Gin. Proses pengembangan tersebut salah satunya didapat dari bimbingan senior. Hal tersebut menggambarkan adanya pembagian tugas dan peran terhadap residen junior, madya dan senior. Klasifikasi residen tersebut ditentukan berdasarkan tingkat semester yang sedang ditempuhya. Setiap residen akan mengalami fase nyantrik (berguru dengan senior) khususnya saat berada di semester awal sebagai bagian dari adanya cerminan nilai budaya dalam proses pendidikan yang terus diwariskan. Metode yang digunakan adalah etnografi yaitu melakukan observasi partisipasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap lima residen serta dokter senior yang paham tentang Etika dalam Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Obs.Gin. Lima residen tersebut terdiri dari 1 residen junior, 1 residen madya dan 3 residen senior. Materi wawancara berisi tentang sistem pembelajaran dan penerapan Etika dokter Obs.Gin yang wajib diterapkan oleh residen selama praktik di rumah sakit. Lokasi penelitian di RSUP Dr.Sardjito serta melihat proses pemeriksakan pasien di Poliklinik Obs.Gin. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan April hingga Mei 2015. Penelitian berikutnya dilakukan pada bulan November 2015- Januari 2016. Membangun relasi yang baik dengan teman sejawatnya merupakan salah satu kata kunci kesuksesan dalam menyelesaikan studi di Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) Obstetri dan Ginekologi. Kewajiban senior untuk membimbing junior baik dalam pengawasannya merupakan salah satu contoh pelaksanaan medical ethic dalam materi kewajiban dokter terhadap teman sejawatnya. Terlihat bahwa masing-masing bidang spesialis tertentu memiliki kultur pendidikan yang berbeda-beda. Budaya menolong akan berhubungan dengan penerapan nilai etika dan pola hubungan kerja antara residen-teman sejawatnya, residen-dosen, dan residen-pasien. Hal tersebut merupakan turunan dari adanya perilaku yang berhubungan dengan penerapan tata tertib dan Kode Etik Kedokteran yang berlaku di lingkungan residen Obs.Gin.

The purpose of Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) is to train a general practitioner into a medical specialist of a certain skillset within the Medical Science. The doctor currently studying in the medical specialist education program is called resident. This research will try to understand the education system of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology medical specialist program regarding the pattern of the resident work relation. The learning process that emphasized upon the skills and abilities is the nature of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Medical Specialist Education Program. One of the said development program can be acquired from the guidance of the seniors. This phenomenon portrays the job divison and the role towards the junior, madya, and senior residents. Such residents classification was established upon the ongoing level of the semester. Each and every resident will experience the phase of nyantrik (tutoring with the senior) particularly on the earlier semester, as a reflection of the cultural value within the inheritable education process. The method used within this research is ethnography, which is the conduct of participative observation and in-depth interview towards five resident and senior doctors comprehending the Ethic of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Medical Specialist Education. The five residents mentioned above consists of 1 junior resident, 1 madya resident, and 3 senior residents. The interview material includesthe learning system and the implementation of the Ethics of the Obs.Gyn doctors mandatory to be applied by residents throughout the practice at the hospital. The location of the research is the RSUP Dr. Sardjito and the observation of the patient examination at the Obs.Gyn clinic. The research was conducted from April until May of 2015; and the next session of the research was conducted from November 2015 until January 2016. To establish a good relation with the colleagues is one of the keys to the success of completing the study of Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) Obstetri dan Ginekologi.The responsibility of the seniors to provide guidance to the juniors including the supervision is one of the examples of the conduct of medical ethic within the material liability of a docter to his/her colleagues. It can be seen that each and every certain field of specialist possess a different culture of education of their own. The culture of assistance will be associated with the implementation of the ethical values and the pattern of work relation between resident with their colleagues, resident with lecturer, and resident with patients. It is derived from the certain behaviour related to the implementation of the rules of conduct and the ethical code applied within the environment of the Obs.Gyn residents.
