PERBAIKAN PEMROSESAN DATA REKAM MEDIS PASIEN RUMAH SAKIT MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI WEB BERBASIS NODE.JS DENGAN TEKNOLOGI RFID-WSN

Perkembangan rumah sakit sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan sudah sangat pesat, namun perkembangan tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan pelayanannya. Banyak ditemui waktu tunggu pelayanan pasien di rumah sakit terlalu lama, akibat dari prosedur yang berbelit-belit. Waktu tunggu pelayanan yang terlalu lama membuat antrean pasien bertambah panjang, terutama pada saat pendaftaran pasien baru. Selain itu, penyimpanan berkas rekam medis pasien masih bersifat manual dan belum bersifat paperless. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini diajukan sebuah solusi berupa sistem untuk mempercepat pelayanan administrasi dan observasi awal pada pasien di rumah sakit dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) dan Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Sistem ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan basis data sehingga hasil pengolahan data dapat digunakan oleh pihak manajemen untuk memperoleh informasi data rekam medis pasien secara online dan cepat. Jalan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah membuat sebuah perancangan sistem baik dari sisi perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak, perancangan basis data kemudian dilakukan pengujian pada sistem dan aplikasi yang sudah dibuat. Hasil pengujian terhadap sistem yang diajukan menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu pada rumah sakit dapat dipercepat dari 2 menit 57 detik menjadi 1 menit 22 detik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa purwarupa sistem diajukan telah dapat memperbaiki waktu tunggu proses pelayanan kesehatan pendaftaran pasien baru di rumah sakit. Hasil pengujian aplikasi rekam medis yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memproses data rekam medis secara online dan cepat. Melalui hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa prototipe sistem dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu pelayanan pasien. Prototipe sistem dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dalam memperbaiki waktu tunggu pelayanan pendaftaran pasien baru di rumah sakit. Hasil informasi rekam medis yang disajikan dalam pengolahan data pasien dapat digunakan oleh pihak manajemen untuk mengetahui data statistik yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan pasien.

Development of the hospital as a health care centre has been very fast, but these developments are not suitable by an increase in services. Many cases that found the waiting time of patient care in the hospital too long, because of a convoluted procedure. The waiting time is too long which brought the patient line length, especially at the time of registration of new patients. In addition, the patient's medical record file storage is still manual and they are not paperless yet. Therefore in this study proposed a solution in the form of a system to speed up the administrative services and preliminary observations on patients in hospitals by integrating the technology of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). The system is made by using the database so that the data processing can be used by management to obtain medical records patient information online and quickly. The research done by creating a system design both in terms of hardware and software, database design and then testing the systems and applications that have been created. The test results of the proposed system show that the waiting time at the hospital can be accelerated from 2 minutes 57 seconds to 1 minute 22 seconds. This shows that the prototype of the proposed system has been able to improve health care processes waiting time enrolment of new patients in the hospital. The test results produced medical records application indicates that the application can be used to process medical records online and quickly. Through the results of the study concluded that the prototype system can be utilized to reduce the waiting time of patient services. The prototype system can improve effectiveness in improving the waiting time new patient enrolment services at the hospital. Results of medical record information presented in the processing of patient data can be used by management to determine the statistical data related to patient services.
