PURWARUPA ROBOT HUMANOID PEMETIK BUAH STROBERI MENGGUNAKAN KAMERA

Robot humanoid adalah robot berbentuk menyerupai manusia dengan kelebihan memiliki sistem gerak seperti manusia sehingga robot humanoid merupakan robot yang dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi infrastruktur yang telah di rancang untuk manusia. Di Indonesia perkembangan robot humanoid hanya sebatas untuk hiburan, padahal robot humanoid berpotensi memiliki manfaat yang besar. Indonesia sedang berusaha mengoptimalkan hasil produk pertanian dalam negeri. Teknologi robot dirasa mampu untuk membantu mengoptimalkan hasil produk pertanian dalam negeri, salah satunya adalah mengoptimalkan hasil perkebunan stroberi dengan menjaga kualitas stroberi serta membantu petani memanen buah stroberi. Penjagaan kualitas stroberi dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik memetik stroberi yang baik dan ketika permintaan buah stroberi sedang banyak maka perlu adanya bantuan tenaga yang tidak hanya dapat memetik tapi dapat memetik dengan teknik yang benar. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah purwarupa robot humanoid pemetik stroberi yang dirancang dapat memetik stroberi dengan teknik memetik yang baik dengan menggunakan kamera untuk mendeteksi stroberi matang serta penjepit dan pemotong untuk memetik stroberi. Purwarupa robot humanoid dibuat dapat melakukan pendeteksian stroberi matang dengan kamera Pixy CMUCam5 serta dapat memetik buah stroberi dengan teknik memetik yang baik yaitu dengan memetik beserta tangkai dan kelopaknya tanpa menyentuh buah stroberi. Dengan dilengkapi penjepit dan pemotong, robot dapat memetik pada bagian tangkai tanpa menyentuh buah stroberi.

Humanoid robot is a robot shaped like a human being with the advantages of having such a human motion system that humanoid robot is a robot that can adapt to the conditions of the infrastructure that has been designed for humans. In Indonesia the development of humanoid robots merely for entertainment, but humanoid robot has the potential to have great benefits. Indonesia is trying to optimize the results of domestic agricultural products. Robot technology considered able to help optimize the results of domestic agricultural products, one of them is to optimize the results of strawberry farm with maintaining the quality of strawberries as well as helping farmers to harvest strawberries. Protection of the quality of strawberries can be done by applying the good techniques of picking strawberries and when the demand for strawberries is high then the need for support personnel who not only can pick but can pick with the right techniques. In this study, a prototype humanoid robot designed to be strawberry pickers can pick strawberries with picking in a good technique using the camera to detect ripe strawberries and equipped with clamp and cutters for picking strawberries. The prototype humanoid robot created to be able to detect ripe strawberries with a Pixy CMUCam5 camera, and can pick strawberries with good technique, which is to pluck petals along the stalk and without touching the strawberries. Equipped with a clamp and cutter, the robot can pick on the stalk without touching the strawberries.
