PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PT RUMPUN SARI KEMUNING KARANGANYAR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE OMAX (OBJECTIVE MATRIX)

PT Rumpun Sari Kemuning merupakan salah satu perusahan di Indonesia yang mengolah teh hijau. Produktivitas mengandung arti sebagai perbandingan antara hasil yang dicapai (output) dengan keseluruhan sumber daya yang digunakan (input) serta memliliki dua kriteria yakni efisiensi dan efektivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat produktivitas dengan menggunakan metode OMAX (Objecctive Matrix). Faktor produktivitas yang digunakan dalam pengukuran adalah jumlah produk yang dihasilkan, jumlah produk grade 1, jumlah jam kerja reguler, jumlah absensi pekerja, jumlah target kehadiran tenaga kerja, jumlah target produksi dan jumlah realisasi produksi. Berdasarkan pengukuran yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa nilai indikator performansi tertinggi dicapai pada bulan Januari yakni sebesar 502,4 sedangkan nilai indikator performansi terendah terdapat pada bulan Februari dengan nilai 171,3. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan yaitu dengan cara mengoptimalkan jam kerja, meningkatkan pengawasan pada pekerja saat bekerja. PT Sari Kemuning is one company in Indonesia who cultivate green tea. Productivity implies a comparison between the results achieved (outputs) with the overall resources used (inputs) and memliliki two criteria namely efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to measure the level of productivity by using OMAX (Objecctive Matrix). Factors used in the measurement of productivity is the amount of product produced, the number of first grade product, the number of regular working hours, the number of worker absenteeism, labor presence of the target amount, the target amount of production and the amount realized production. Based on measurements taken note that the indicator value is the highest performance achieved in January which amounted to 502.4 while the value of performance indicators are the lowest in February with a value of 171.3. Proposed improvements are given by way of optimizing the working hours, increased scrutiny on workers at work. Keywords: PT Sari Kemuning, Productivity, OMAX Methods (Objective Matrix)
