KOMPOSISI JENIS POHON PADA BEBERAPA HUTAN KOTA DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu kabupaten dengan perekonomian yang sedang sangat berkembang dengan kegiatan pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang ekonomi di pusat kota kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan pembangunan wilayah perkotaan harus diimbangi dengan pembangunan ruang terbuka hijau seperti hutan kota maupun taman kota agar keseimbangan ekosistem tetap seimbang. Namun,dalam pembangunan hutan kota dan taman kota di kabupaten Banyumas belum mengetahui komposisi jenis penyusunnya, maka diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis penyusun hutan kota dan taman kota di kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan di hutan kota dan taman kota yang memiliki banyak pohon dari segi jumlah dan juga jenisnya. hutan kota dan taman kota yang dipilih meliputi taman kota Taman Satria, Hutan Kota Berkoh, taman kota Taman Museum Jendral Soedirman, dan Hutan Kota Karanglewas. Hutan kota dan taman kota tersebut merupakan perwakilan dari hutan kota dan taman kota yang ada di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pelaksanaan penelitian tersebut dari bulan September sampai November 2015 dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa sensus pohon dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Komposisi jenis penyusunan hutan kota dan taman kota yang palingf baik yaitu seperti komposisi jenis yang dimiliki Hutan Kota Karanglewes, karena memiliki keanekaragaman jenis yang tinggi sebesar 0,82. Nilai tersebut cukup tinggi dibandingkan dengan lokasi penelitian lainnya. Namun, komposisi jenis penyusun hutan kota ini tidak jauh berbeda dengan taman kota lainnya. keanekaragaman jenis pada hutan kota karanglewes sudah baik, namun tetap diperlukan adanya penambahan pada jumlah individu tiap jenis agar jika jenis-jenis yang sudah ada mengalami kerusakan akan teregenerasi oleh jenis yang sama yang baru ditambahkan.

Banyumas Regency is one of the district with the economy being highly developed with supporting economic infrastructure development activities in Central Country of Banyumas. Urban area development activities must be balanced with the development of open green space such as forest city or city park in order to balance the ecosystem remains balanced. However, in the development of forest city or garden city in the Regency of Banyumas constituting a type of cosmoposition in not known, then the necessary research to know the composition of the constituent type of forest city and garden city in the Regency Banyumas. Research conducted in the forest city and garden city have many trees in terms of number and also kind. Forest City and Garden City selected include the Garden City Satria, Forest City Berkoh, Garden City Park Museum Jenderal Sudirman, and Forest City Karanglewas.
