PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI KAS KECIL PADA DIREKTORAT ASET UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik mempunyai peran penting untuk mendukung aktivitas Direktorat Aset dan Direktorat lain. Direktorat Keuangan adalah pihak yang mempunyai otoritas atas pengelolaan keuangan di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap sistem keuangan Direktorat Aset. Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan kajian dokumen. Dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa perlu dilakukan perancangan sistem kas kecil pada Direktorat Aset Universitas Gadjah Mada yang meliputi: penyelenggaraan pencatatan atas transaksi kas kecil, interface formulir sistem kas kecil, serta prosedur pengelolaan kas kecil berupa flowchart.

The right finance management have vital role to support Directorat Aset and others. The authority of finance management at Gadjah Mada University managed by Direktorat Keuangan. The aim of writing the final project is to recommend the Direktorat Aset Financial Management. The writing of final project used desciptive qualitative method with collecting data in the form of interview, observation, and document analysis. Based on the final project, found the conclusion that needed to make design of petty cash system of Direktorat Aset Universitas Gadjah Mada which included: implementation record of petty cash transaction, interface of petty cash system, and procedure petty cash management by the flowchart.
