INTISARI Pengukuran Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja PT Nusantara Tropical Farm Menggunakan Metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) Iswati Desy Veni1, Khuriyati Nafis2, Bachtiar Wildan Fajar3 PT. Nusantara Tropical Farm packing house 04 adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang perkebunan dan ekspor buah segar. Perusahaan ini bisa dikatakan memiliki jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak yaitu sekitar 154 orang, dengan kondisi waktu kerja selama 6 hari dalam satu minggu, dan waktu shift kerja 1 kali selama 8 jam dalam sehari. Berdasarkan hasil produksi yang terus menurun setiap bulannya, dan melihat banyaknya jumlah karyawan yang tidak hadir. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengukuran produktivitas dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Metode ini menggambarkan produktivitas parsial dalam suatu perusahaan, sehingga mampu mengetahui produktivitas disetiap bagian perusahaan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada periode Januari hingga Juni 2015 dan untuk mengidentifikasi rasio yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penurunan produktivitas serta menyusun rencana perbaikan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja pada bagian packing house 04 di PT. Nusantara Tropical Farm periode Januari hingga Juni 2015, secara menyeluruh mengalami peningkatan produktivitas. Besar indikator performansi dasar adalah sebesar 94,12 dan raasio yang memiliki skor aktual buruk terbanyak yaitu rasio 2 yang merupakan perbandingan antara jumlah produksi buah pisang segar dengan jumlah jam kerja normal, dan rekomendasi perbaikannya dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kerja sehingga proses produksi dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Nusantara Tropical Farm packing house 04 is one of the companies engaged in the field of plantation and export of fresh fruit. The company can be said to have a considerable number of employees is about 154 people, with the condition of working time for 6 days in a week, and time shifts 1 time for 8 hours in a day. Based on the results of production continues to decline each month, and see the large number of employees who were not present, productivity measurement by using Objective Matrix (OMAX). This method describes the partial productivity within a company, so it can determining the productivity of every part of the company. The purpose of this study was to assess changes in labor productivity in the period January to June 2015 and to identify the most ratios influence on a decrease in productivity and to develop improvement plans. Results from the study showed that the rate of partial labor productivity in the packing house 04 PT. Nusantara Tropical Farm from January to June 2015, has increased for overall. The based of performance indicator amounted to 73,53 and ratio that has the lowest score is ratio 2, which is the ratio between amount of production of fresh bananas devided the number of normal working hours, and improvement recommendations is the company needs to improve their employe skills so that the production process can be run more essectively and essiciently.
