KELAYAKAN USAHATANI PADI ORGANIK DI DESA SUKOREJO KECAMATAN SAMBIREJO KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani padi organik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani padi organik di Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Sambirejo, Kabupaten Sragen. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 34 petani padi organik di Desa Sukorejo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis produksi, analisis biaya, analisis pendapatan, analisis keuntungan, dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil perhitungan kelayakan usahatani padi organik menunjukkan nilai rasio R/C sebesar 1,50, nilai rasio phi/C sebesar 49,96%, produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar Rp 151.974,38/HKO, BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp 18.068.152,68, BEP produksi sebesar 3.876,16 kg BEP harga sebesar Rp 3.153,46/kg. Dari hasil analisis kelayakan tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa usahatani tanaman padi di Desa Sukorejo layak diusahakan. Variabel luas lahan dan jumlah pupuk organik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi organik, sedangkan variabel lain tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitina ini disarankan petani meningkatkan jumlah pupuk organic dalam usahatani padi organik.

The aims of this research is to determine the feasibility of organic rice farming in the Sukorejo Village, Sambirejo, Subdistrict Sragen District. The method of this research is a simple random sampling method. This research used primary data. Primary data collected throught questionnaire of 34 organic rice farmer in Sukorejo. The analysis scope of this research were production, costs, revenue, income, profits, feasibility analysis. The results of the feasibility analysis showed that R/C ratio is 1,50, phi/C ratio is 49,96%, labor productivity is Rp 151.974,38/HKO, BEP of revenue is Rp 18.068.152,68, BEP of production is 3.876,16 kg and BEP of price is Rp 3.153,46/kg. From the results of the feasibility analysis, showed that rice farming in Sukorejo Village, Sambirejo, Subdistrict Sragen District is visible. The wide field and organic fertilizer ifluences evidently to production of organic rice, while seed, education and farming experience don't influence that. From that research, it recommended to increase the volume of organic fertilizers in organic rice farming.
