PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENDEKATAN RASIO OUTPUT-INPUT DI INDUSTRI MANNA BAKERY YOGYAKARTA

Industri Manna Bakery merupakan suatu industri yang memproduksi roti dengan aneka rasa yang terletak di Yogyakarta. Pengukuran produktivitas digunakan perusahaan sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengetahui perkembangan perusahaan dan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan rasio output input yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan indeks produktivitas. Metode pendekatan rasio output input merupakan suatu metode pengukuran produktivitas yang digunakan untuk mengetahui periode yang mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan produktivitas serta membuat perbaikannya. Melalui penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini dapat diketahui tingkat produktivitas dan periode yang mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan produktivitas pada industri Manna Bakery dengan metode pendekatan rasio output input selama periode pengukuran. Pada hasil pengukuran dari periode April ke periode Mei diperoleh indeks produktivitas untuk input bahan baku mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,13, input tenaga kerja meningkat sebesar 8,69 dan input energi meningkat sebesar 7,99. Oleh karena itu, input bahan baku perlu perbaikan sedangkan input tenaga kerja dan energi perlu dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.

The indusrtry of Manna Bakery which is located in Yogyakarta is one of the industries that produces bread with various taste. The productivity measurement is used by a company as one of the ways to indicate the development of the company and to increase the company productivity. The approach used in this research is ratio of output and input which functions to indicate the change of productivity index. The method in this research is a method of productivity measurement to indicate the periode of the increasing or decreasing productivity and propose the improvement. This final report is aimed to indicate the level of productivity and the periode which experiences the increasing or decreasing from Manna Bakery industry using the ratio output input during one time measurement period. From the measurement result from April to May, it is obtained that productivity index for the input of material product experiences the decreasing to 1.13, while the input for empoyees is increasing to 8.69 and the input for the energy is increasing to 7.99. Meanwhile, the input for material product needs an improvement while the input for the empoyee and energy needs to be optimized to increase the productivity.
