Penentuan Prioritas Pemasok Bambu Dengan Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) Di Pusat Kerajinan Bambu Sendari

Pemasok dalam suatu perusahaan tidak hanya berperan dalam pemenuhan bahan baku saja, namun pemasok dinilai sebagai sumber daya yang harus dipelihara dengan baik karena bahan baku dari pemasok inilah yang akan menentukan kualitas produk dari indstri. Pusat kerajinan bambu Sendari merupakan pusat kerajinan bambu unggulan di Kabupaten Sleman. Masalah yang di hadapi oleh pusat kerajianan bambu Sendari adalah adanya reject dan keterlambatan kedatangan bahan baku. Ditambah lagi belum adanya metode yang benar � benar teruji sebagai dasar untuk membantu menentukan prioritas pemasok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi kriteria yang digunakan oleh industri dalam penentuan prioritas pemasok bambu, menentukan kriteria yang paling penting bagi industri untuk mengurutkan prioritas pemasok, menguji adakah perbedaan hasil penentuan prioritas pemasok ketika kriteria yang digunakan hanya bersifat kualitatif dan ketika kriteria yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan mengetahui hasil uji sensitivitas terhadap hasil keputusan yang diperoleh Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang dipertimbangkan untuk melakukan penentuan prioritas pemasok adalah ukuran bahan, kelurursan bambu, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, pemenuhan pesanan, cara pembayaran, keterbukaan terhadap keluhan, kejujuran pemasok, diskon. Kriteria yang paling penting bagi pengrajin adalah kriteria kelurusan bambu dengan bobot sebesar 0.141, kriteria ukuran bambu dengan bobot sebesar 0.137 dan kriteria ketepatan waktu pengiriman dengan bobot sebesar 0.135. Berdasarkan penggunaan kriteria yang bersifat kualitatif, pemasok yang memiliki prioritas pertama adalah pemasok Bambu Turi. Prioritas kedua adalah pemasok Riyadi. Prioritas ketiga adalah pemasok Bapak Senidi. Prioritas keempat adalah pemasok Mas Domeng. Berdasarkan penambahan kriteria yang bersifat kuantitatif, pemasok yang diprioritaskan pada urutan pertama adalah Riyadi. Urutan keduanya adalah Bambu Turi. Urutan ketiganya adalah Bapak Senidi. Urutan keempatnya adalah Mas Domeng. Hasil dari uji sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa prioritas pemasok yang digunakan oleh Pusat Kerajinan Bambu Sendari sensitif terhadap kriteria ukuran bambu dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman.

Suppliers in an enterprise who does not only play a role in fulfilling raw materials, but also rated as a resource that must be properly maintained because raw materials from suppliers will determine the quality of products from the industry. Sendari bamboo craft center is a prime bamboo crafts center in Sleman. The problems faced by Sendari bamboo craft center are rejected product and delays ofraw materials arrival. Plus the lack of methods which have completely tested as a basis to help determining prioritize suppliers. The purpose of this study is to identify criteria used by the industry in the prioritization of bamboo suppliers, determine the most important criteria for the industry to sort the priority suppliers, to test whether there are any differences in the results of the prioritization of suppliers when the criteria used is the qualitative one and when the criteria used is the qualitative, and find the result of sensitivity test towards the result of the obtained decision. The results shows that the criteria considered for prioritization of suppliers is: the size of material, straightness of bamboo, timeliness of delivery, order fulfillment, payment methods, openness to complaints, honesty suppliers, and discount. The most important criteria for a craftsman is the straightness criterion with a weighting of 0.141 bamboo, bamboo size criteria with a weighting of 0.137 and the criteria on time delivery with a weight of 0.135. Based on the addition of qualitative criteria, the supplier who has first priority is Bamboo Turi supplier. The second supplier priority is Riyadi. The third supplier priority is Mr. Senidi. The fourth supplier priority is Mas Domeng. Based on the addition of quantitative criteria, suppliers are prioritized in the first place was Riyadi. The order of the two is the Bamboo Turi. The order of the three is Mr. Senidi. Fourth sequence is Mas Domeng. The results of the sensitivity test showed that the priority of suppliers used by Sendari Bamboo Crafts Centre is sensitive to the size criteria bamboo and timeliness of delivery.
