Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengawas Daerah Kota Makasar

2002 | Tesis | Magister ManajemenPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (instruksi, konsultasi, partisipasi dan delegasi) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis yang diajukan ialah : (a) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (instruksi, konsultasi, partisipasi, dan delegasi) terhadap kinerja pegawai; (b) ada pengaruh negatif gaya kepemimpinan instruksi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (c) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan konsultasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (d) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (e) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan delegasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepemimpinan dan skala kinerja. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 46 pegawai Badan Pengawasan Daerah Kota Makassar. Teknik analisis data menggunakap analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan : (a) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (instruksi, konsultasi, partisipasi dan delegasi) terhadap kinerja pegawai; (b) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan instruksi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (c) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan konsultasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (d) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipasi terhadap kinerja pega
This research was aimed to examine influence of leadership styles (instruction, consultation, participation, and delegation) to employee performance. The hyphoteses were tested : (a) there were influence of leadership styles(instruction, consultation, participation and delegation) to employee performance; (b) there was negative influence of instruction leadership style to employee performance; (c) there was positive influence of consultation leadership style to employee performance; (d) there was positive influence of participation leadership to employee performance; and (e) there was negative influence of delegation leadership style to employee performance. Research instruments were administred : leadership style scale and performance style. Subjects of this research consisted 46 employees among committea control territory kota Makassar. To analyze the data, analysis regression was applied. The results indicate that : (a) there were influence of leadership styles( instruction, consultation, participation and delegation) to employee performance; (b) there was negative influence of instruction leadership style to employee performance; (c) there was positive mfluence of consultation leadership style to employee performance; (d) there was positive influence of participation leadership to employee performance; and (e) there was negative influence of delegation leadership style to employee performance
