KONTRIBUSI PENGELOLAAN HUTAN RAKYAT TERHADAP PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI DI DESA SEDAYU, KECAMATAN LOANO, KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Hutan rakyat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat untuk hasil tanaman palawija, pakan ternak, obat-obatan, kayu bakar dan daerah resapan air. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk: (1) mengetahui pola pengelolaan hutan rakyat; (2) mengetahui jumlah pendapatan serta pengeluaran petani hutan rakyat; dan (3) mengetahui kontribusi hutan rakyat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga petani hutan rakyat. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei menggunakan bantuan kuisoner dalam pengumpulan datanya. Penggunaan kuisoner digunakan untuk mempermudah pengambilan data dan analisis. Jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 30 petani hutan diperoleh langsung dari pengamatan dan wawancara. Waktu pengambilan data dilakukan dari bulan Oktober sampai November 2015. Pendapatan responden diambil berdasarkan standar rata-rata pendapatan dari 30 responden adalah Rp. 11.315.666,67 responden/tahun. Pengeluaran biaya tetap tahunan responden petani hutan rakyat adalah sebesar Rp. 257.331.000/tahun. Sedangkan untuk rata-rata pengeluaran Rp. 8.557.700/tahun. Rata-rata biaya insidental yang dikeluarkan oleh responden Rp. 1.080.667/jumlah responden yang mengeluarkan biaya. Kata kunci: hutan rakyat, kuisoner, pendapatan, pengeluaran.

People's forests provide benefits to the community for tree crops, fodder, medicines, firewood and water catchment areas. This research was conducted to : (1) knowing people's forest management pattern; (2) find out the amount of revenue and expenditure of the farmers of the forest people; and (3) find out the contribution of forest peoples in fulfillment of the forest farmer household needs of the people. The method used was a survey using kuisoner assistance in the collection of the data. Use of kuisoner is used to facilitate data capture and analysis. The number of respondents that were taken as many as 30 peasant forest retrieved directly from the observation and interview. Time data retrieval is done from October until November 2015. The respondent's income is taken based on the standards of the average income of 30 respondents is Rp. 11,315,666.67 respondent/year. Expenses a fixed cost annual people's forest farmer respondents is Rp. 257.331.000/year. As for the average spending of Rp. 8.557.700/year. The average cost of incidental damages incurred by respondents is Rp. 1.080.667/number of respondents that issue cost. Keywords: private forest, questionnaires, revenues, spending.
