PERSIAPAN DOKUMEN AKREDITASI PUSKESMAS 2015 TENTANG PEMBAKUAN KODE DI PUSKESMAS NANGGULAN KULON PROGO

2016 | Tugas Akhir | D3 REKAM MEDIS SVLatar Belakang : Di era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) mutu pelayanan kesehatan dituntut bersaing secara internasional.Data diagnosis dan prosedur merupakan salah satu faktor penentu mutu pelayanan.Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan puskesmas adalah dengan melaksanakan akreditasi. Puskesmas Nanggulan Kulon Progo mempersiapkan dokumen terkait pembakuan kode untuk akreditasi puskesmas 2015. Selain itu dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) kode diagnosis dan prosedur digunakan sebagai syarat klaim kepada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Tujuan : Mengetahui persiapan dokumen Akreditasi Puskesmas 2015 tentang pembakuan kode di Puskesmas Nanggulan Kulon Progo. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualititatif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi terhadap dokumen akreditasi puskesmas terkait pembakuan kode dan wawancara terhadap lima orang dari tim akreditasi. Hasil : Persiapan dokumen Akreditasi Puskesmas 2015 tentang pembakuan kode dari segi : 1. Tenaga : merencanakan pembiayaan terkait persiapan dokumen akreditasi, tenaga juga berperan membentuk tim yang kompak, siap lembur dan mampu saling memotivasi, selanjutnya tim bertugas membuat dokumen akreditasi dengan memanfaatkan bahan dan alat. Hasil analisis kebutuhan tenaga oleh Puskesmas Nanggulan Kulon Progo menunjukkan bahwa puskesmas membutuhkan dua tenaga berlatar belakang pendidikan rekam medis. Akan tetapi tahun 2015 baru mampu menambah satu tenaga. 2. Metode : proses pembentukan tim yang akan membuat dokumen dan proses pembuatan dokumen. Dokumen akreditasi tentang pembakuan kode berhasil dibuat akan tetapi penulisan diagnosis pada dokumen tersebut belum sesuai dengan ICD. 3. Bahan : alat tulis kantor. 4. Alat : mesin kantor seperti laptop (atau sejenisnya ) dan printer. 5. Biaya diperlukan untuk mempersiapkan bahan, alat tenaga pelaksanaan persiapan dokumen
Background : In the era of the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA), the quality of health services is required to compete internationally. The data of diagnostic and procedure is one of the determinants of service quality. One of the ways to improve the quality of health services is to carry out accreditation. Puskesmas Nanggulan Kulon Progo prepared the documents about standardisation of code for Puskesmas Accreditation 2015. Furthermore, in National Health Insurance program (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasionalprogram) diagnostic and procedure codes are used as the terms to claim to Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Objective: to know the preparation documents of Puskesmas Accreditation 2015 about standardisation of code at Puskesmas Nanggulan Kulon Progo. Method: the type of this research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. The design of the research used in this study is Phenomenology. Data collection techniques used in this study is observation towards the documents of accreditation related standardisation of code and interview to five people who are the accreditation team. Results: the preparation of the documents of Puskesmas Accreditation 2015 about standardisation of code in terms : 1. Man: to plan the financing of preparatory documents related to accreditation, man will form a team of accreditation documents makers, to carry out the process of creating the document using materials and machines. 2. Method: the process of forming a team that will make the documents and the process of creating the documents. TShe preparation of the documents of Puskesmas Accreditation 2015 about standardisation of code was successfully done but writing the diagnostic has not been accordance with ICD 3. Materials: Stationery Office. 4. Machines: Office electronic machines such as a laptop (or others) and printer. 5. Money : to prepare man, methode, materials and machines
