INTISARI Latar Belakang : Berdasarkan standar Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit 2012, informed consent merupakan salah satu nilai standar penilaian. Ketidaklengkapan pengisian pada lembar informed consent akan berpengaruh pada proses akreditasi yang akan dilakukan oleh RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, fokus penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan informed consent pada pasien bedah umum rawat inap yang sudah pulang di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Hal ini dikarenakan pada bab informed consent dalam standar KARS 2012 menjelaskan mengenai pemberian informasi dan pelaksanaan informed consent. Standar KARS yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu standar HPK.6, HPK.6.1, HPK.6.2, dan HPK.6.4. Standar HPK.6 menjelaskan tentang prosedur pelaksanaan informed consent. Standar HPK.6.1 menjelaskan tentang informasi yang harus disampaikan kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien. Standar HPK.6.2 menjelaskan tentang persetujuan yang diberikan oleh orang lain. Standar HPK.6.4 menjelaskan tentang penggunaan lembar informed consent dan pendokumentasian persetujuan. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui pelaksanaan informed consent pada pasien bedah umum rawat inap di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, mengetahui persentase kelengkapan pada lembar persetujuan tindakan kedokteran, dan mengetahui presentase kelengkapan pada lembar penyampaian informasi tindakan kedokteran di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode Penelitian : Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi dilakukan berdasarkan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarkan kesimpulan. Instrumendata yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara, checklist dokumentasi, checklist observasi, alat perekam dan buku catatan. Uji validasi data menggunakan triangulasi teknik penggambilan data: wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil :. Terdapat SPO sehingga telah sesuai dengan standar HPK.6 elemen 1.Tidak terdapat sosialisasi terhadap para staf yang bersangkutan maupun kepada pasien terkait dengan tata cara melakukan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran atau informed consent dan siapa yang berhak memberikan persetujuan. informed consent. Untuk kasus bedah yang ada di poliklinik bedah umum dan bangsal, berlangsung dua kali yaitu, yang pertama berlangsung secara lisan dengan penjelasan oleh dokter dan dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan secara tertulis sebelum tindakan dilakukan, telah sesuai dengan Standar KARS 2012 pada standar HPK 6.4 elemen penilaian 1 sampai dengan elemen penilaian 4 dijelaskan bahwa informed consent diperoleh sebelum operasi atau prosedur invasif, sebelum anestesi, sebelum penggunaan darah atau produk darah, sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan yang berisiko tinggi. Di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pemberian penjelasan informasi kepada pasien belum sepenuhnya didokumentasikan sehingga hal ini belum sesuai dengan standar HPK.6.4. ABSTRACT Background : Based on Hospital Accreditation Commission standards 2012, informed consent is one of the standart assessment. The complete charging on a sheet informed consent would affect at process accreditation being taken by PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta hospital .Hence focus of the research is the informed consent in patients surgical who has been disabled at the hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta .This is because in chapter informed consent in a standard kars 2012 explain on the information and the informed consent .Standard kars become the focus of the standard hpk.6 research , hpk.6.1 , hpk.6.2 , and hpk.6.4 .Standard procedure hpk.6 explain the informed consent .Standard hpk.6.1 explain information must be presented to the patient or the patient family .Standard hpk.6.2 explain approval given by others. Methode : The type of research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The collection of data using interviews, study documentation, and observation is based on a case study. Data analysis technique using data reduction , data display , and conclusion drawing. The instruments used are guidelines for interviewing, Checklist documentation, Checklist observation, tape recorder, and notebook. The data validation with triangulation the data interview technique, observation and study documentations. Result : There is no socialization for the staff concerned as well as to the patient associated with the procedure of the approval process of medical action or informed consent and who is entitled to give consent. �Informed consent� for surgical cases in general surgery clinic and wards, which takes place twice, which first took place verbally committed at the clinic and can also be done in the wards in accordance with the conditions and situations.
