Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pelaksanaan ketentuan perjanjian kerja harian lepas dan pelaksanaan ketentuan upah minimum pekerja harian lepas oleh PG Rejo Agung Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan tujuan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan ketentuan perjanjian kerja harian lepas belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh PG Rejo Agung Baru sesuai dengan unsur-unsur yang telah ditentukan. Pengaturan hak dan kewajiban pekerja harian lepas di lapangan tidak hanya yang tercantum dalam bentuk tertulis berupa Surat Perjanjian Kerja namun juga dalam bentuk lisan berupa pengaturan yang turun-temurun telah dilaksanakan. Pelaksanaan upah minimum pekerja harian lepas oleh PG Rejo Agung Baru sudah sesuai dengan jumlah nominal yang ditetapkan oleh ketentuan Upah Minimum Kota Madiun yaitu Rp.1.250.000,00.

This thesis analyzes the implementation of the rule of daily paid workers agreements and the implementation of the minimum wage daily paid workers by PG. Rejo Agung Baru . This analyzes used a qualitative approach and descriptive research purposes. The results of this analyzes is that the implementation of the regulations of casual labor agreement has not been fully implemented by PG Rejo Agung Baru in accordance with the elements that have been determined. The rule of rights and obligations of daily paid workers in the fact not only listed in the form of a written form of Letter of Employment Agreement but also in the form of an oral form of hereditary arrangement has been implemented. Implementation of the minimum wage daily paid workers by PG Rejo Agung Baru is already appropriate to regulations of the nominal amount stipulated by the regulations governor of the Minimum Wages Madiun is Rp.1.250.000,00 .
