Analisis pengaruh beberapa faktor fundamental terhadap harga saham :: Studi kasus industri real estate dan properti di Bursa Efek Jakarta

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari beberapa faktor fundamental terhadap harga saham pada indu ytri real estate dun properti. Metode pemilihan sumple terpilih adalah non probability sampling ying bersifat purposive sampling. Populasi perusahaan yang diteliti adalah 3 7 perusahaan, sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah 21 perusahaan, periode penelitian selama 3 tahun (1997 hingga 1999). Data dianalisa menggunakan model log ganda (log linear). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima faktor fundamental yang diasumsikan mempengaruhi harga saham industri real estate dun property, terdapat dua faktor yang secara parsial mempunyai arah pengaruh negatifyakni ROA dun DER serta dua faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh positifVakni EPS dan PB V. Namun secara bersama-sama semua faktor tersebut mempengaruhi harga saham secara signidikan pada tingkat alpa 5%.

This research aimed is to analyze the influence of several factors fundamental on stock price of real estate and property industries. The sample was taken by using non probability sampling (purposive sampling method) The population cover 37 companies, while the taken sample consist of 21 companies, the research period of 3 years (1997 up to 1999). The data were analyzed by double log (log- linear) model. The research result show that from the five fundamental factors assumed to influence on stock price of real estate and property industries, there are two factors: ROA and DER which partially skew negative and significant influence. And two factors: EPS and PER which partially show positive and significant influence. But in simultaneous, the entire price with the degree of 5 %
