Laporan Tugas Akhir ini mengambil tema pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Record Center Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan Perwakilan DIY. Berdasarkan kegiatan audit keuangan, audit kinerja maupun audit operasional, Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan Perwakilan DIY menghasikan banyak arsip yang tentu saja membutuhkan pengolahan yang baik Dalam penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi partisipatif dan studi pustaka. Metode wawancara dilakukan kepada beberapa pihak. Metode observasi partisipatif dilakukan dengan meninjau langsung dan melakukan praktik kerja selama dua bulan dan metode studi pustaka dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber referensi baik dari buku maupun sumber lain yang terkait dengan tema untuk melengkapi data yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan praktik. Kesimpulan dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, bahwa pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif sudah berjalan cukup baik dengan sarana yang sudah cukup memenuhi kriteria yang ada. Ada beberapa hal yang perlu untuk dibenahi diantaranya penambahan alat pengatur kelembaban udara.

This final report is themed Arangement ofinactive records in theRecord Center Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan PembangunanAgency Representative DIY. Based on the activities of financial audit, performance audit and operational audit, Finance and Development Supervisory Agency Representative DIY generate many records which of course requires good processing. In preparing the final report, the author uses interviews, participant observation and literature. Methods interviews were conducted to some expert staff. Participatory observation method performed by direct review and practice for two months of work and methods of literature study conducted by collecting reference from the book and other sources related to the theme to complement the data obtained through practical activities. The conclusion of this final report, that the processing of inactive records has been running pretty good with the means that is sufficient to meet the existing criteria. There are several things that need to be addressed addition of humidity control devices.
