GAMBARAN PERSEPSI MAHASISWA PROFESI PSIK FK UGM TENTANG UJI KOMPETENSI NERS INDONESIA

Latar belakang: Uji kompetensi diselenggarakan untuk menghasilkan tenaga kesehatan yang kompeten sesuai dengan standar kompetensi lulusan dan standar kompetensi kerja. Uji Kompetensi Ners Indonesia (UKNI) yang diadakan menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, salah satu permasalahannya adalah tentang sosialisasi dan pembekalan. Sebagai calon peserta uji kompetensi, persepsi mahasiswa terhadap uji kompetensi dianggap penting karena sebagai tolok ukur pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap uji kompetensi. Tidak adanya pembekalan mengenai uji kompetensi dan tidak ikut sertanya try out uji kompetensi, akan menimbulkan persepsi yang berbeda-beda pada calon peserta uji kompetensi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi mahasiswa profesi PSIK FK UGM tentang uji kompetensi ners Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi survey deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 orang dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yaitu kuesioner Persepsi Mahasiswa Profesi PSIK FK UGM tentang UKNI. Hasil data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis univariat dengan menghitung mean dan standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian: Tingkat persepsi mahasiswa profesi PSIK FK UGM tentang uji kompetensi dalam kategori cukup baik. Tingkat persepsi mahasiswa profesi PSIK FK UGM tentang tujuan dan manfaat UKNI, pelaksanaan UKNI, dan uji kompetensi ulang berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Sedangkan tingkat persepsi mahasiswa profesi PSIK FK UGM tentang peran institusi pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan UKNI dalam kategori baik. Kesimpulan: Rata-rata tingkat persepsi mahasiswa tentang Uji Kompetensi Ners Indonesia berada dalam kategori cukup baik.

Background: Competency assessment conducted to produce a qualified healthcare professional in accordance with competency standards and work competency standards. As a prospective participant competency assessment, students 'perceptions of competency assessment is important because as a measure of students' understanding of the competency test. The absence of an introduction to the competency assessment and there are some students who didn't follow the try out of competency assessment will lead to different perceptions on candidate competency assessment. Objective: To determine the perception level of internship nursing students of the medical faculty Gadjah Mada university of the Indonesian Nursing Competency Assessment. Methods: This study is a quantitative descriptive survey study. Respondents in this study were 71 people using total sampling method. Data were obtained using a questionnaire questionnaires the internship nursing students medical faculty gadjah mada university perception about Indonesian Nursing Competency Assessment. The data results were analyzed using univariate analysis method by calculating the mean and standard deviation. Results: The perception level of internship nursing students of the medical faculty Gadjah Mada university about competency assessment in the good enough category. The perception level of internship nursing students about the goals and benefits of competency, implementation of competency assessment, and retaker programs in the good enough category. While the perception of internship nursing students about the role of educational institutions in the implementation of competency assessment in the good category. Conclucion: The average level of students perceptions of Indonesian nurses competency assessment to be in the good enough category.
