KUALITAS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR URIN KELINCI DENGAN PENAMBAHAN MIKROBIA PENGIKAT NITROGEN, UREA DAN DAUN LAMTORO (Leucaena leucocephala)

2016 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU DAN INDUSTRI PETERNAKANPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan mikrobia pengikat nitrogen, urea dan daun lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) terhadap kualitas fisik, kimia dan mikrobiologis pupuk organik cair dari urin kelinci. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan berbagai perlakuan tehadap urin kelinci. Perlakuan yang pertama diberi tambahan mikrobia pengikat nitrogen sebanyak 1%. Perlakuan kedua diberi tambahan urea sebanyak 1%. Perlakuan ketiga diberi tambahan daun lamtoro sebanyak 1%. Perlakuan keempat tanpa diberi tambahan apapun sebagai kontrol. Masing-masing perlakuan kemudian difermentasi secara aerob selama 8 hari. Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan bakteri, produksi gas amonia yang dilepaskan per hari oleh pupuk organik cair. Kualitas fisik pupuk organik cair meliputi volume, suhu, pH, warna dan bau. Kualitas kimia pupuk organik cair meliputi kadar N total, P total, K total dan C-organik total serta kualitas mikrobiologis pupuk organik cair. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola searah dan apabila menunjukkan perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan mikrobia mampu menekan gas amonia yang dilepaskan oleh pupuk organik cair dari urin kelinci paling baik yaitu rata-rata gas amonia yang dilepaskan per hari sebesar 5936,5 ppm. Hasil uji kualitas kimia menunjukkan perlakuan penambahan urea memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata dengan kontrol terhadap kadar N total yaitu sebesar 0,88%. Perlakuan penambahan mikrobia memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata dengan kontrol terhadap kadar K total yaitu sebesar 0,82%. Perlakuan penambahan lamtoro tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata.
The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of nitrogen fixation bacteria, urea, and lamtoro leaf (Leucaena leucocephala) on the physical quality, chemical and microbiological liquid organic fertilizer from the rabbit's urine. The research was accomplished by providing a variety of treatments to the rabbit's urine. The first treatment was by giving 1% of an additional nitrogen fixation bacteria. The second treatment 1% of an additional urea. The third treatment, rabbit's urine was gived by 1% of lamtoro leaf. The fourth treatment is without any treatment or any additional parameters as a control. Furthermore, urine from each treatments was fermented aerobically for 8 days. The observed parameters including bacterial growth, ammonia gas production which was performed every day. Physical quality of liquid organic fertilizer includes volume, temperature, pH, color and smell was also observed. The chemical quality liquid organic fertilizer including level of N total, P total, K total, C-organic total and microbiology quality was also observed. The results were analyzed using completed randomized variance analysis unidirectional pattern and if the differences showed, it would be continued by the different test Duncan's new multiple range test (DMRT). The results showed that the addition of nitrogen fixation bacteria was capable of suppressing ammonia gas, released by liquid organic fertilizer at the best levels which is the average of ammonia gas released per day was 5936,5 ppm. Chemical quality test results indicate the addition of urea treatment gives a significantly different effect to control against N total content is 0,88%. The addition of microbial treatment gives a significantly different effect to control against total K content is 0,82%. Additional treatments of the lamtoro did not show a significantly different effect.
