EVALUASI PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM KEGIATAN KOMUNITAS VOLCANO TOUR JEEP MERAPI DI BASECAMP DESA UMBULHARJO

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan komunitas Jeep Wisata volcano tour di Desa Umbulharjo sudah berlangsung sejak bulan Desember tahun 2011. Hingga bulan Desember tahun 2015 terdapat enam komunitas Jeep Wisata yang berkegiatan di basecamp Desa Umbulharjo. Proses tahapan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pariwisata yang dilakukan oleh warga Desa Umbulharjo dan sekitarnya telah berlangsung selama kurang lebih lima tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui apa saja objek wisata volcano tour, bagaimana kondisi objek wisata volcano tour Merapi saat ini dan bagaimana evaluasi kegiatan partisipasi masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Jeep Wisata di basecamp Desa Umbulharjo dalam mengembangkan dan mengelola kegiatan volcano tour Jeep Merapi. Hasil evaluasi dari penelitian adalah penerapan alokasi dana sosial komunitas Jeep Wisata yang dikelola oleh manajemen volcano tour Merapi Desa Umbulharjo untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia sebesar 8%. Kerjasama antar lembaga (LSM, akademisi, swasta dan pemerintah) sebagai mitra dengan kegiatan yang berkelanjutan hingga peninjauan kembali Perpres Nomor 70 tahun 2014, Sehingga pembangunan fisik maupun pemberdayaan masyarakat bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Community participation activities of Merapi Jeep Volcano Tour in Umbulharjo Village has been going since December 2011. By December 2015 there were six communities Jeep Tours in Umbulharjo Village basecamp. For more than five years, community participation in tourism has been conducted by Umbulharjo Village residents and the surrounding area. This research aims to find out what kind of attractions in volcano tour, present conditions of attraction in Merapi volcano tour and how the evaluation of community participation activities undertaken by the Jeep community of Umbulharjo Village Tourism basecamp in order to develop and managing the activities of Merapi volcano Jeep tour. The evaluation results of the research is the allocated application of community social funds Jeep Tours by the management of Merapi volcano tour Umbulharjo village in order to develop human resources by 8%. Cooperation between institutions (NGOs, academia, private sector and government) as a partner with sustainable activities until a review of Presidential Decree No. 70 of 2014, so that the physical development and community empowerment can be implement properly.
