ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS DAN KINERJA LINGKUNGAN INDUSTRINATA DE COCO DENGAN PENDEKATAN GREEN PRODUCTIVITY (STUDI DI CV. AGRINDO SUPRAFOOD)

Perusahaan Agrindo Suprafood merupakan salah satu industri nata de coco yang memilik potensi untuk menghasilkan limbah. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk pengelolaan lingkungan yang tepat untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari limbah, Salah satunya dengan pendekatan Green Productivity. Green Productivity merupakan suatu strategi yang berorientasiterhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja lingkungan secara bersamaan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuanuntukmenganalisis produktivitas dan kinerja lingkungan dari perusahaan dengan pendekatan Green Productivity. TerdapatbeberapatahapandalammenerapkanmetodeGreen Productivity diantaranyayaitu, 1) Getting started, dengan mengumpulkan informasi dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan serta penyebabnya. Informasi itu digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menghitung produktivitas awal serta pembobotan dalam EPI (Environmental Performance Indicator) melalui pengajuan kuesioner terhadap pihak terkait yaitu BLH. 2) Planning, dilakukan identifikasi potensi dan penyebab sebagai dasar dalam pembuatan opsi pemilihan alternatif. 3) Generation and Evaluation, dilakukan perbandingan terhadap alternatif yang ada untuk memilih opsi alternatif dengan hasil terbaik. 4) Implementation, dilakukan perbandingan dari kondisi awal dengan kondisi setelah dilakukan penerapan alternatif yang terpilih baik dalam segi produktivitas maupun kinerja lingkungan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan, alternatif solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tingginya jumlah limbah cair yaitu dengan menyaring limbah dengan menggunakanalternatif2.Alternatif 2 merupakan prototype alatpenyaringan air yang terdiridaribeberapalapisansecaraberurutanberupakapas, batubata, kapas, kerikil, kapas, arang, kapas, zeolit, ijuk, kapas, pasirhalusdanijuk.Alternatif ini mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas total sebesar 0,83% serta peningkatan skor EPI (Environmental Performance Indicator) dari -1.656,32 menjadi 15,52.

AgrindoSuprafoodcompany is one of the nata de coco industry who has the potential to produce waste. Therefore, efforts should be made proper environmental management to reduce the negative impacts of waste, one of them is Green Productivity approach. Green Productivity is a strategy that was oriented to increase productivity and environmental performance simultaneously. In this study aims to analyze the productivity and environmental performance of companies throughGreen Productivity approach. There are several staages in applying the method of Green Productivity among which, 1) Getting started, to collect information and identifying problems and their causes. The information was used as a basis for calculating the initial productivity and weighting in the EPI (Environmental Performance Indicator) through the submission of questionnaires to related parties namely BLH. 2)Planning, the identification of potential and cause as the basis in making alternative choice options. 3) Generation and evaluation, conducted comparison against existing alternatives to choose alternative options with the best result. 4) Implementation, carried out a comparison of the initial conditions to the conditions after the implementation of the selected alternative both in terms of productivity and environmental performance. The result showed, the alternative solution to overcome the problem of the high amount of liquid waste is to filter waste by using alternative 2.Alternative 2 is the prototype water filtration equipment consisting of several layers sequentially in the form of coton, bricks, cotton, gravel, cotton, charcoal, cotton, zeolites, fibers, cotton, fine sands and fibers. This alternative is able to contribute to an increased in the total productivity of 0,83% and an increase in score EPI (Environmental Performance Indicator)from -1656,32 to 15,52.
