Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan dalam inenjalankan kegiatan hngsional secara cermat dan teratur yaitu memberikan layanan kesehatan kep Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan hnctions its activities orderly that is to give health services to communities. Found the differently profession standard is in accordance with relatively profession organizations which also cause the differently type of service or procedure. The doctors give treatment service to costumers till they got well. Different services standard which is given by doctors and nurses that lead the different perception to customers about the quality of both services. One of the value of quality is usage of amount bed and how long the costumers would be treated. The customer who were treated would directly feel interaction of frequency and quality between customers with doctors and nurses. Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan gained the basic level of hll accreditation type C of The Health Departement of Republic Indonesia that comprises administration service managemefit, medical service, nursing and medical recording. The target of this research is to know the connection service quality with satisfaciion and difference between quality service of doctors, nurses and hospital based on treatment class, type of gender, custcmers status and level of education.
Type of research for this thesis is included research conclusive that is to examine and summarize of the hypothesis. We use the sampling technique that is purposive sampling while spreading some questioner to 75 customers of treatment and uses Likert scale 1 to 5 choices. Double regression linier analyse is to understand connection of doctors and nurses quality service upon hospital. Anova One Way analyse is to understand differences between doctors, nurse quality services and hospital based on treatment class, gender, status of cut toiners and level of education.
From 75 questioners were distributed for 61 respondents who met requirement to analyse it. Result of simple redression linier analyse referred that there is connection between how long they treated with doctors, nurses and hospital quality based on treatment class, gender, status of customers and level of education
