Terorisme dan Politik Global Amerika Serikat (Tinjauan Kritis Atas Perang Melawan Terorisme )

ABSTRAK Pasca serangan 11 September 2001 dunia mengalami perubahan peta politik dengan pusat kekuatan di tangan negara adi daya Amerika Serikat. Politik internasional diwarnai kepentingan Amerika Serikat untuk melawan terorisme melalui panji perang melawan terorisme dan aksi terorisme yang berupaya menghancurkan kepentingan strategis politis Amerika Serikat. Kelompok teroris utama yang menjadi sasaran Amerika Serikat adalah kelompok Al Qaeda pimpinan Osama bin Laden. Situasi ini membawa dunia berada dalam situasi penuh ketegangan dan kekerasan yang tiada henti. Politik global seakan bergerak kearah perang berkepanjangan. Amerika Serikat bersikukuh menghacurkan kelompok teroris dan negara yang dianggap sarang teroris seperti Afghanistan dan Iraq. Namun tindakan justru dibalas dengan aksi kekerasan yang sama oleh kelompok teroris. Tak pelak lagi, dunia seakan berada dalam situasi perang. Konstelasi seperti ini membuat politik global berada dibawah hegemoni Amerika Serikat. Tidak ada negara atau lembaga dunia seperti Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa yang berhasil membawa dunia keluar dari situasi seperti ini karena mereka berada dibawah kontrol Amerika Serikat. Diatas segalanya, perang melawan terorisme menjadi senjata bagi Amerika Serikat sebagai pemimpin dunia. Namun demikian, meski Amerika Serikat seperti menguasai dunia dengan seluruh kekuatan strategis politisnya, kelompok teroris, termasuk Al Qaeda tidak berhasil dilemahkan. Justru sebaliknya, kelompok teoris semakin besar dan tumbuh, bahkan tindakan mereka jauh lebih mematikan dari sebelumnya. Kondisi ini membuat dunia seakan berada dalam dalam tebing menuju jurang kehancuran. Dunia berada pada situasi keseimbangan teror. Perang melawan terorisme belum berhasil dan tidak akan pernah berhenti karena hal ini bukan sekedar perang tetapi ambisi Amerika Serikat untuk menguasai dunia.Hal ini tidak akan pernah berakhir, sampai Amerika Serikat mengubah cara pandangnya tentang dunia baru yang berisi keseimbangan, keadilan dan kesamaan bagi seluruh masyarakat dunia.

ABSTRACT After 11 September 2001 attack, world begin ‘the new world’. United States claim as the leader of the world campaign war against terorism of all the world. United States bring whole of the world to the situation with ‘chaostic’. The central figure of this war is Osama bin Laden who accused by the United States government as a leader of the group of terorist who’s call Al Qaeda. Since the war was beginning ntil this time, the world political situation in turbulence condition. In the one side, nited States attacking the terorist group in every countries, and bring the United States troops to Afghanistan and Iraq as ‘a land of terorist’. In the other side the terorist group never stop their action to attack American interest and facilities in every place of the world. This situation make the world in the war condition. That’s situation make global politics became a hegemonic rule with the United tates as a powerfull country who control of the world. There;s no other countries or global institution, like United Nations able to change that’s situation, because here are under control of United States hegemony. Most of all, United States use he war against terorism as a ‘weapon’ to reach their goal became a leader of the world. Actually, althought United States look like control of the world, and push the countries who accused supporting the terrorist group, but the actions of groups of terorism, especially Al Qaeda never end. More and more al Qaeda and other terrorist group became bigger and bigger. War against terrorism make terrorist roup more bravely than before. So, there is no doubt, the world is like someone get in the dark hole. World became a situation of Balance of Teror. War against terrorism is not succesfull yet, and never end, because, this not just a war, this is a the ambitions of United States to became of the leader of the world. And that is a something never end until the government of United States change their view and perspective of how to make the new world order with a justice for the people of all the world.
