PENGARUH MANAJEMEN TIM PROYEK KEPADA KEBERHASILAN PROYEK DI PT XYZ

Manajemen tim proyek dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan hipotesa faktor - faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja proyek berdasarkan waktu, biaya dan operasional pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS Statistik 20. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan motode regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa clear project goal, senior management support, cross functional, autonomous project team, team experience, team continuity, office designed for communication, project manager continuity, project manager incentive, problem solving dan team potency berpengaruh positif terhadap project outcome (biaya, jadwal dan operasional).

Project team management may affect the success of the project, which in turn affect the achievement of the company’s objective. The purpose of the research is to develop a hypothesis factors which positively affects project performance based on the time, cost and operational in PT. XYZ. The research is using quantitative approach with survey method and questionnaire is used as research instrument. Data analysis used in this research is using software SPSS Statistic 20. Hypothesis test was conducted using multiple regression. The results of this study proves that clear project goals, senior management support, cross-functional, autonomous project teams, team experience, team continuity, office designed for communication, project manager continuity, project manager incentive, problem solving and team potency effect positively to project outcomes (cost, schedule and operational)
