Pengaruh Penerapan Komponen PTT Padi Sawah terhadap Produksi, Pendapatan dan Efisiensi Usahatani Padi Sawah di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar

Polewali Mandar adalah pusat produksi beras di Sulawesi Barat. Petani yang melakukan usahatani padi memiliki masalah dengan kesejahteraan dan efisiensi dalam penggunaan input. Komponen Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu (PTT) padi diyakini pemecah masalah petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat penerapan PTT padi di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan bagaimana hal itu mempengaruhi produksi, efisiensi dan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi PTT padi, semakin tinggi produktivitas petani. faktor-faktor produksi yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi jumlah produksi adalah penggunaan benih. Untuk biaya pertanian dipengaruhi oleh harga benih, harga pupuk, harga pestisida dan tenaga kerja. Untuk pendapatan usahatani dipengaruhi oleh luas lahan, harga benih, harga pupuk, harga pestisida, tenaga kerja dan produksi. Efisiensi teknis rata-rata petani 0,91, 0,66 efisiensi ekonomi dan efisiensi alokatif 0,78.

Polewali Mandar is a center of rice production in West Sulawesi. Farmers who do rice farming has problems with welfare and efficiency in input use. Components of Integrated Crop Management (ICM) rice is believed to be problem solvers of farmers. This study aims to determine how the level of application of PTT rice in Polewali Mandar and how it affects the production, efficiency and revenue. The results showed that the rate of adoption of PTT rice, the higher the productivity of farmers. Production factors that significantly affect the amount of production is the use of seeds. For the cost of farming is affected by the price of seed, fertilizer prices, the price of pesticides and labor. To farm income is affected by land area, the price of seed, fertilizer prices, the price of pesticides, labor and production. The average technical efficiency of farmers 0.91, 0.66 of economic efficiency and allocative efficiency of 0.78.
