Evaluasi penerapan prosedur kinerja pada PT. New Ratna Motor Semarang sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan corporate governance

Manajemen yang baik dapat befingsi sebagai pengendali sistem perusahaan dan mampu mendorong proses terci ptan ya corporate governance. Corporate governance merupakan suatu mekanisme yang mengatur tentang tata cara pengelolaan perusahaan berdasarkan aturan-aturan yang memberikan petunjuk kepada perusahaan &lam menjalankan operasinya. Aturan dan petunjuk dalam menjalankan perusahaan diharapkan mampu mencerminkan 4 (empat) elemen dasar corporate governance yaitu fairness, transparency, accountabily, dan responsibility. Prosedur kinerja merupakan implementasi aturan-aturan yang memberikan petunjuk kepada perusahaan dalam menjalankan operasinya. PT. New Ratna Motor sebagai salah satu main dealer PT. Toyota Astra Motor menetapkan suatu prosedur kinerja sebagai alat untuk mempermudah proses evaluasi. Selanj utnya prosedur kinerja akan dievaluasi apakah PT. New Ratna Motor dalam operasinya telah melaksanakan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dan menerapkan 4 (empat) elemen dasar corporate governance. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan PT. New Ratna Motor terlihat mulai menerapkan beberapa elemen dasar corporate governance dan prosedur kineja bagi karyawan.
Companies in achieving its goals such as optimal profit, surviving the competition, and enhance humanity side needs a good management. It means that the company is able in organizing and maximizing the use of available resources in order to achieve and maintain effective operational level toward its goals achieving. A good management accelerates processes toward corporate governance. Corporate governance is a regulation mechanism to manage a company based on set of rules giving assistance to do the job well. The rules should have four corporate governance basic elements: fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsibility. Performance procedure is implementation of rules that give guiding the company for their operations. PT. New Ratna Motor as one of authorized main dealer of PT.Toyota Astra Motor set this procedures as a tool to ease evaluation process. Afier that, performance procedure will be evaluated to find out whether PT. New Ratna Motor in its operations have done the procedure and four basic elements of corporate governance. Based on research, PT. New Ratna Motor began to embrace corporate governance and performance procedure.
