Latar Belakang: Dengan dukungan teknologi informasi yang ada sekarang ini pekerjaan pengelolaan data dengan cara manual dapat digantikan dengan suatu sistem terkomputerisasi. Selain lebih cepat dan mudah, pengelolaan data juga menjadi lebih akurat. Dalam pengelolaan data sebelum menjadi sebuah informasi maka data tersebut terlebih dahulu dikelola dengan baik. Pengembangan sistem pengelolaan data seperti pengembangan Sistem Informasi Profil Kesehatan akan mempermudah dalam memperoleh dan menganalisa data. Data tersebut dapat memberikan informasi sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Wonosobo. Tujuan: Membuat Prototype Sistem Informasi Profil Kesehatan sebagai sistem informasi yang mendukung penyusunan Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan User Center Desain. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Purposif Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan pengisian checklist. Hasil: Sistem Informasi Profil Kesehatan ini dibuat untuk membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten. Prototype yang dibuat didasarkan pada identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Uji coba prototype Sistem Informasi Profil Kesehatan ini menggunakan Metode Black Box Testing dan Alpa Testing dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa fungsional sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat digunakan oleh pengguna. Aplikasi ini bersifat web-base sehingga memudahkan pengaksesan data dan bersifat open source yaitu memberikan kebebasan kepada pengguna untuk dipelajari, diubah, ditingkatkan dan disebarluaskan. Kesimpulan: istem Informasi Profil Kesehatan telah dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan memanfaatkan Laporan Bulanan Program dalam bentuk Excel yang telah ada. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa Prototype dapat diterima dan dapat memudahkan kegiatan penyususnan Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten walaupun masih perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut agar aplikasi ini dapat mencakup semua program di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Background: The support of recent sophisticated information technology nowadays has enabled the change of manual data management into a computerized system. Besides faster and easier, the data management will become more accurate. In management system, data has to be managed well before changing it into information. The development of data management system such as Health Profile Information System will simplify the data obtaining and analyzing. The data obtained then can give information as the basic of Health Profile preparation of Wonosobo Regency. Obejective: Designing Health Profile Information System Prototype as the information system which support the health profile preparation of Wonosobo Regency. Method:This is a qualitative research with User Center Design. The research subjects are 21 persons. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. Data Collection is done by deep interview, observation and checklist filling. Result: This Health Profile Information System is designed to simplify and quicken the data collection and management which will be used as the base of District Health Profile. The Prototype is designed based on the identification of user needs. The test of this Health Profile Information System Prototype uses Black Box Testing and Alpha Testing Methods. While the result of the test shows that this system functional performs well and can be operated by the users. This application is web based and open sourced, therefore the data accessing, editing and updating by the users is easier. Conclusion: Health Profile Information System has been designed to fulfill the need of users by using Program Monthly Report in the form of Excel application. The test of the prototype states that it can be accepted and performed easily in arranging the District Health Profile although it still must be developed to be more advanced in covering the whole program in Health Department of Wonosobo Regency.
