Perencanaan Strategis SI/TI pada STKIP Kie Raha Menggunakan Framework TOGAF

istem informasi dan Teknologi informasi mendorong perubahan dalam perusahaan maupun organisasi kearah yang lebih kompetitif. Sistem informasi yang baik harus melihat dari berbagai sudut pandang dalam suatu pengembangan sistem, dimulai dari mendefinisikan arsitektur aplikasi serta mendefinisikan arsitektur teknologi yang mendukung jalannya sistem informasi tersebut. Enterprise Architecture (EA) dipandang sebagai sebuah pendekatan logis, komprehensif, dan holistik untuk mendefenisikan, merancang dan menerapkan sistem dan komponen sistem secara bersamaan. TOGAF merupakan salah satu enterprise architecture framework yang menyediakan metode yang lengkap pada setiap fase TOGAF-ADM untuk merancang arsitektur SI/TI. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan TOGAF sebagai Framework Perencanaan strategis SI/TI untuk mendefenisikan arsitektur sistem informasi dan arsitektur teknologi pada STKIP Kie Raha, serta memanfaatkan beberapa alat analisis yaitu analisis Value Chain, SWOT, PEST dan portofolio McFarlan. Perencanaan strategis SI/TI pada penelitian ini menghasilkan 19 kandidat sistem informasi untuk mendukung tujuan bisnis, 4 diantaranya merupakan sistem informasi lama yang perlu untuk diperbaharui, kemudian sistem informasi tersebut dipetakan kedalam portofolio McFarlan untuk menentukan prioritas implementasi. Roadmap implementasi sistem informasi dan infrastruktur teknologi dilakukan selama 1-3 tahun melalui 3 pentahapan yaitu tahap pertama penguatan infrastruktur teknologi dan implementasi sistem informasi, tahap kedua pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi dan sistem informasi serta tahap ketiga implementasi kebijakan dan evaluasi.

Information systems and information technology drive changes in the company or organization towards more competitive. A good information system should be seen from different viewpoints in a system development, starting from defining the application architecture and technology architecture that supports defining the course of the information system. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is seen as a logical approach, comprehensive, and holistic to define, design and implement systems and system components simultaneously. TOGAF is one enterprise architecture framework that provides a method completed in every phase of TOGAF-ADM to design the architecture of IS/IT. This study utilizes TOGAF as a Framework to define the architecture of information systems and technology architecture at STKIP Kie Raha, as well as analytical tools that use Value Chain analysis, SWOT, PEST and McFarlan portfolio. Strategic planning of IS / IT in this study produce 19 candidate information systems to support business goals, 4 of which an old system that needs to be upgrade, and then the information system is mapped into McFarlan portfolio to determine the priority of implementation. Roadmap implementation of information systems and technology infrastructure carried out over 1-3 years through three phases, the first phase of strengthening the technology infrastructure and implementation of information systems, the second stage of development of the technology infrastructure and information systems as well as the third phase of policy implementation and evaluation.
