The ob-jective of this researh is to know the application of the project management at a property field, Bank Pembangunan Daerah Yogyakarta Cabang Senopati by PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) as a developer. Cause of high competition, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) must consider what factors could effect the application at the project management at BPD DIY Cabang Senopati Yobyakarta in which the project management has three objectives such as on time, on budget, on specification that could fulfill the need and want of customers. This study uses the critical path method to know the activities, which have sensitivity to a late of job, called as a critically activity This study also uses crashing programs to find out the optimal cost and time of the project so that the developer and the customer could get the benet3 of the project. All above is aimed at giving some good input for PT. Perumahan (PP). This study finding can be used as a good improvement in the future in order to have a long-run profitabillity
