Faktor Prognostik Terjadinya Sepsis pada Anak Pasca Laparotomi

Pendahuluan Sepsis merupakan salah satu penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas pada anak di negara industri dan negara berkembang. Data statistik dari Center of Disease Control menunjukkan bahwa usia 1 tahun ke atas, insidensi sepsis meningkat 13,9%. Insidensi sepsis pada perawatan di Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) adalah 24%. Penelitian di Inggris menunjukkan rata- rata biaya harian perawatan pasien sepsis berkisar antara US$ 930- US$ 1,079, berbeda bermakna dibandingkan pasien tanpa sepsis (US$ 750). METODE Desain penelitian adalah cohort retrospektif dengan analisis observasional, analisis statistik dengan Chi-Square dan analisis multivariat Regresi Logistik. Penelitian dilakukan di sub bagian bedah anak FK UGM/ RSUP. Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta pada periode Januari 2012 sampai dengan Desember 2014 HASIL Hasil regresi logistik antara usia,CRP, albumin, oksigenasi, suhu terhadap sepsis diperoleh p-value < 0.05. DISKUSI Usia, CRP, albumin, oksigenasi, dan suhu merupakan faktor prognostik yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya sepsis pada pasien anak pasca laparotomi.

INTRODUCTION Sepsis is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in children in countries. Statistical data from the Centre of Disease Control show that the age of 1 year and above, the incidence of sepsis increased by 13.9%. The incidence of sepsis in the treatment of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is 24%. Research in the UK shows the average daily cost of patient care sepsis ranges between US $ 930- US $ 1.079, significantly different than patients without sepsis ($ 750). METHOD The study design was a retrospective cohort observational analysis, statistical analysis using Chi-square and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Research carried out in sub-sections of pediatric surgery Faculty Dr. Dr. Sardjito in the period January 2012 to December 2014 RESULTS Logistic regression results between age, CRP, albumin, oxygenation, temperature against sepsis p-value <0.05. DISCUSSION Age, CRP, albumin, oxygenation, and temperature is a significant prognostic factors that influence the occurrence of sepsis in pediatric patients pasca laparotomy.
