Pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Dairi

(2) Mengetdiui pengaruh motivasi dan komitinen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dairi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah inetode survei. yaitu dimaksudkaii untuk memperoleh keterangan secara aktual tentang aspek yaiig diteliti. Dalam ha1 ini adalah pennasalah hubutigan antara dua variabel bebas, yaitu variabel Motivasi (XI) dan Komitmen Organisasi (XZ) terliadap variabel terikat yaitu variabel Kiiierja (Y). Scbagai populasi adalah Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dairi, sebagai populasi adalah seluruh pegawai bagian Sekretariat Daerah Kabupateii Dairi. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik randoin sampling. Penj.ynpiilaii data dilakukan dengan observai, wawancara kuesioner, dan dokinneiitasi. Tekiiik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah korelasi daii regresi ganda (mulhple regression). Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telali dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Tingkat motivasi, komitmen organisasi daii kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupateii Dairi termasilk dalam kategori sedang. (2) Motivasi ineiniliki bcrpcngariih positif dan signifikaii terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabiiyatcn Dairi. ( 3 ) Komitinen organisasi ineiniliki berpengariih positif dan sigifikan tcrhadap kincrja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupateii Dairi (4) Koinitmen organisasi ineiniliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat terliadap kinerja pegawai, dibandingkan dengaii inotivasi. ( 5 ) Motivasi daii komitinen organisasi secara bersama-sma ineiniliki berpengaruh positif dan sip1 ifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabiipaten Dairi, dengan tingkat pengariili inencapai 37,9 per sen.

The research of the influent of the motivation and commitment of working of tlic orgaiiization of the secretarial staffs of the Dairi regency, was aimed at: ( 1 ) knowing range of the scale of motivation, the commitment of organization and tlie working of thc secretarial staffs the Dairi regency, (2) knowing about the influent of thc motivation and the coininitment of organization toward sccrctarial staffs working of thc Dairi rcgciicy. The method applied in this research was survey, which was intended to acquirc aii actual information about some aspects being studied. In this research the matter was about the relationship between two of dependent variables, that was motivatiou vai-iablc (XI) and organization coininitincnt (X2) toward indevendent variable that was working variable (Y). The population was the secretarial staffs of Dairi rcgency. The Lechniquc OT randoni sampling was used to determine the sample. To collect the data collection, the researcher applied the observation, the guiding interviews and the documents. The statistic analysis technique was the correlation and the multiple regression. The result of study and analysis that was gained, can be coiicluded that: ( 1 ) thc degree of the motivation, the commitment of organization and the work secretarial staffs of the Dairi regency was in the medium category, (2) the motivation was positively infliience and significant toward working of the secretarial staffs of the Dairi rcgciicy, (3) thc coinrnittnent of organization has positive influence and significant toward the working of the secretarial staffs of tlie Dairi regency, (4) the commitment of organization has stronger influence toward the working of the secretarial staffs than when it was compared to thc motivation, (5) the motivation and the commitment of organizatiGi went hand in halid together the positive influence and significant toward tlic working of the sccrctarial stafcs of the Dairi regency which showed the degee of influence of 37,9 per sent (37,9 "4).
