KETERSEDIAAN OBAT DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHINYA DI RUMAH SAKIT SWASTA PADA ERA JKN DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Drug management, private hospital policy and BPJS policy differences with previous national insurance caused several obstacles which includes drug supply. Drug supply is a level of supply that can be used to undertake medical service in a health service unit based on monthly necessity.In this study, researcher wants to know the drug supply situation and what factors determine it in private hospitals at JKN era in Yogyakarta city. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical with primary data by questionnaire on drug management process, supplier and procurement team. Secondary data is drug supply from October 2014 to September 2015. Data is analyzed using logistics regression.Variable dependent drug management process include planning, procurement,storage, and monitoring. Variable dependent procurement team include competence and knowledge. Variable dependent supplier include delivery time and specification. Based on average drug items, the result shows that the drug supply state of RS X is low, while RS Y and RS Z are both safe. Result of logistics regression analysis with significance value (p)< 0,05 is that variables which significantly influence drug items supply in private hospitals are procurement team (sig. 0,007) and drug management process (sig.0,019), while supplier (sig. 0,148) does not significantly influence it. The conclusion is that to maintain safe status of drug supply, hospitals need to improve procurement team competency and evaluate-monitor drug management process.
