The quality of human resources is a key of success in running the organization, otherwise maximum performance will be achieved with the excellent human resources support. The organization needs to have a positive organizational cultures and job satisfaction in every employee's mind. After become State owned Company, the bureaucrat culture in the past have to be left behind. But, it is not easy, in addition to getting the profit, it is carrying social mission out as well. The company is demanded to create a good relation, which could stimulate the employee to get optimum performance. This tesis is supported by theories and qualitative approach application is used to identify the relation between organizational culture and job satisfaction of the employee. Based on the data, the organizational culture factors has identified such as goals, consensus, superior, unity, Performance, empirical, familiarity, and integrity simultaneously have a relation with job satisfaction of the employee. It could be seen from the F test result, which F calculated = 4,843 > F table = 2,27 with the probability 6,159E-04 < 0,05 (.c = 5%). Partial Test with t test identify that the unity factor is the most dominant relation for job satisfaction of the employee which is pointed by t score calculation = 2,079 > t table = 2,039. Organizational culture and job satisfaction need to be improved continuously to get optimum performance of human resources in this company.
