Perbuatan Melawan Hukum diatur dalam Pasal 1365 s/d Pasal 1380 KUHPerdata. Pasal 1365 menyatakan, Setiap perbuatan melawan hukum yang oleh karenanya menimbulkan kerugian pada orang lain, mewajibkan orang yang karena kesalahannya menyebabkan kerugian itu mengganti kerugian. Adapun unsur-unsur yang harus tepenuhi dalam pasal 1365 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata,seperti adanya sebuah perbuatan, adanya sebuah kesalahan, adanya kerugian dan adanya hubungan kausalitas antara kerugian dengan kesalahan. Kerugian yang timbul karena perbuatan orang lain itulah yang mendasari penulis untuk melakukan pembahasan lebih lanjut. Praktek Kerja Lapangan merupakan kegiatan wajib sebgai salah satu syarat utama dalam kelulusan Program Diploma-3 Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada Untuk mendapatkan gelar Ahli Madya Hukum. Penulis menyimpulkan dari hasil refleksi bahwa penerapan sanksi oleh majelis hakim masih belum bisa mengembalikan nama baik karena hanya bersifat materiil seharusnya majelis hakim memberikan putusan berupa imateriil.

Article 1365 states, Every tort which therefore cause harm to others, requires that any person whose mistake caused the loss to compensate. The elements that must fullfiled in article 1365 of the Civil Code, such as the existence of an act, the existence of a fault, the loss and the causal relationship between the loss by mistake. Losses resulting from action of others that underlies the author to conduct further discussion. Job Training is a mandatory activity as one of the main requirements in the 3rd graduation Diploma Program Vocational School of GadjahMada University to get a degree Associate Expert Law. The authors conclude from the results of the reflection that the imposition of sanctions by the judges still can’t restore the good name because it just is material should the judges gave the verdict be immaterial.
